纯碱产业是重要的基础化学原料产业。近年来伴随国家政策、市场环境等变 化，纯碱行业逐渐压缩产能，市场竞争日趋激烈。受制于资源分布因素， 我国天 然碱生产企业仅占有纯碱行业约6%市场份额。天然碱企业依赖资源程度较大，新 形势下的可持续发展问题成为关键。 本文以苏尼特碱业有限公司为研究对象，运用PEST模 型、波特五力模型分析 该企业所面临的影响其发展的外部机遇与威胁，结合该企业内部资源和能力分析 其优势和劣势。利用SWOT分析法得出战略备选方案，最终提出了苏尼特碱 业有限 公司发展战略为稳定型发展战略，提出企业通过实行低成本竞争战略来构建竞争 优势，并且从组织、人力资源、资金投入、科技投入、生产、营销方面提出苏尼 特碱业有 限公司战略实施与保障措施。 本文通过提出苏尼特碱业有限公司的发展战略，帮助企业充分利用内部资源 和能力优势，克服劣势，把握发展机遇，实现企业的平稳健康发展，另 外也为天 然碱行业内其他企业的发展战略规划提供一些参考。 关键词：纯碱产业，天然碱企业，发展战略，战略实施 II Abstract Soda ash industry is an important basic chemical raw material industry. In recent years, with the changes of national policy and market environment, soda ash industry capacity has been gradually compressed, and the market competition has become increasingly fierce. Because of the distribution of resources, China's trona enterprises only occupy about 6% of the market share in the soda ash industry.Trona enterprises are more dependent on resources, sustainable development issues in the new situation become the key. This paper takes Sunite Alkali Industry Co. Ltd as the research object and uses PEST model and porter's five forces model to analyze the the external opportunities and threats which affect the development of the enterprise,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages in combination with its internal resources and capabilities. Finally, SWOT analysis is used to obtain alternatives of strategy, and the development strategy of Sunite Alkali Industry Co. Ltd is proposed as the stable development strategy,and the enterprise can obtain competitive advantage through the implementation of low-cost competitive strategy. The paper also clairifies series of measures to ensure the accomplishment of strategy through the organization, human resources, capital investment , technology, production and marketing. By proposing the development strategy of Sunite Alkali Industry Co. Ltd, this paper can help the company to make full use of internal resources and ability advantages, overcome disadvantages, grasp the development opportunities, and realize the stable and healthy development of the enterprise.
