企业文化建设是影响企业绩效的重要因素。尤其是在企业所处的市场环境瞬 息万变,使得企业在制定企业战略前所做的企业环境分析结果有效期大大缩短的 情况下,这就使得具有长远指向的企业文化对于稳定企业发展方向的作用尤为凸 显。众所周知,家族企业有着非常明显的特征,并由此衍生出独特的企业文化。 由于家族企业在运行过程中存在特殊行为,由此导致家族企业文化对企业绩效的 影响更为明显。那么,家族企业文化如何影响企业绩效,如何根据公司实际情况 制定符合发展阶段的企业文化,为企业的发展保驾护航,这既是学术界需要面对 的问题,也是企业管理者急需解决的问题。 本文以W企业为研究载体,通过对该集团“和”文化形成和传承的总结,从 物质、行为、制度和精神四个维度作出深入分析,为具体讨论“企业文化对家族 企业的绩效影响因素研究”打下基础。接下来,对企业的目标、实现目标的途径 和手段进行总体分析,检视出家族企业文化建设中的薄弱环节。同时,从员工和 合作者两个利益相关者的角度具体分析企业文化如何影响企业绩效。最后,以W 集团企业文化推动企业绩效为模板,从企业文化制定的原则、需要破除家族企业 文化的弊端以及家族企业文化建设的具体维度等三个角度提出家族企业文化建 设的方案。 关键词:企业文化,家族企业,企业绩效 III TABLE OF CONTENTS ABSTRACT ......................
