I 摘要 新时代下的文化旅游产业,立足于文化旅游,融合了娱乐休闲、历史文化、 风俗民情、健康养生等多种功能于一体,在物质生活极大丰富的今天,当代游客 在精神层面上的诉求被不断的满足。党的十九大报告中指出,要进一步挖掘中华 最优秀、最传统的文化所包含的思想观念、人文精神和道德规范。文化旅游产业 作为国家优先支持发展的“绿色朝阳产业”,对邯郸旅游产业发展提供了重大发展 机遇,文化旅游的融合发展可以极大促进邯郸经济发展升级和结构转型,对邯郸 市文化旅游产业规划具有重要的指导意义。 本文针对邯郸市旅游产业开发过程中存在的问题,提出文化旅游产业开发设 计思路。通过 RMP 分析方法,从资源(resource)、市场(market)和产品(product) 三个方面进行论证,深入剖析邯郸市旅游文化产业发展,并提出以“旅游产品”为 中心的产业规划,进而对邯郸市文化旅游产品进行开发设计,针对空间布局和产 品设计提出对策建议,最终实现邯郸市文化旅游产业空间布局调整升级,形成整 体文化产品结构体系,促进邯郸市经济文化、旅游业协调发展,提升城市形象, 塑造文化产业品牌形象。 关键词:文化旅游;RMP 分析;旅游产品Abstract II Abstract In the new era, cultural tourism industry, based on cultural tourism, integrates various functions such as entertainment and leisure, history and culture, customs and public sentiment, health preservation, etc. In today's extremely rich material life, contemporary tourists' demands on the spiritual level are constantly satisfied. In the report of the 19th CPC National Congress, it was pointed out that the ideological concepts, humanistic spirit and moral norms contained in the most excellent traditional Chinese culture should be deeply explored. Cultural tourism industry, as a "green sunrise industry" with priority support from the state, provides a significant development opportunity for the development of Handan's tourism industry. The integrated development of cultural tourism can greatly promote the upgrading and structural transformation of Handan's economic development, and has an important guiding significance for the planning of Handan's cultural tourism industry. According to the problems existing in the development of tourism industry in Handan City, this paper puts forward the ideas of cultural tourism industry development and design. Through RMP analysis method, this paper demonstrates the development of tourism and cultural industry in Handan from three aspects of resource, market and product, and puts forward the industrial planning centered on "tourism products", and then develops and designs the cultural and tourism products in Handan, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for spatial layout and product design, and finally realizes Handan Adjust and upgrade the spatial layout of cultural tourism industry in Handan, form the overall structure system of cultural products, promote the coordinated development of economy, culture and tourism industry in Handan, enhance the image of the city, and shape the brand image of cultural industry.
