供应链管理思想作为一种具系统性、先进性的企业管理运营指导思想,已经为全 球各行业所普遍接受。对于旅游企业而言,用供应链管理思想作指导,业务经营上力 争构建一条一体化的、高效、高质量的旅游服务供应链,以提高旅游企业整体旅游服 务供应水平,已成为旅游公司提高企业竞争力的重要途径。随着互联网应用的深入发 展,伴随着新的旅游服务平台不断出现,各旅游企业的竞争升级。企业的竞争,本质 上也是企业发展营运指导思想、管理能力、效率与水平的竞争。在旅游供应链管理思 想已深植企业的情况下,要及时有效分析供应链上各供应产品的供给质量,则需要构 建一个适应本企业经营特点的供给质量考核评价体系,用以动态监控及定时考核供给 产品与服务质量,为企业内外部管理优化决策提供参考。 本文以F旅行社旅游供应链中各供应商在产品供给过程中存在的各种供应问题进 行了分析整理,认识到构建有效旅游供给质量考核监控体系以及针对考核结果制定相 应合作政策的必要性和紧迫性。通过文献研读,整理了国内外供应链的研究理论成果 和实践经验,借鉴吸收各位学者的思维精华,设计了针对旅游供应链供给质量考核体 系及具体核算模型,并以F旅行社作为实体研究对象进行理论研究与实证论证,得出 的研究结果与实际相符,说明此核算体系具有可行性。通过此次研究,不仅丰富了F 旅行社自身管理研究体系,也为同行业的管理体系完善与提升提供了借鉴。 本文采用的研究方法有文献梳理法、比较分析法、调查研究法、数理分析法、理 论研究与实证相结合的方法。采用线性权重法和模糊评价法来量化考核指标,让考核 数据具可比性,考核元素明晰化。通过量化考核,对比分析,结果研究,对F旅行社 在未来完善信息系统管理,建全考核激励机制,建设企业文化等方面提出了建设意见。 关键词:旅行社旅游供应商供给质量供给管理优化 Ⅱ ABSTRACT Asasystematicandadvancedenterprisemanagementthought,SupplyChainManagement hasbeenwellacceptedaroundtheworldFortourismenterprise,Itisanimportantwayto enhancethecompetitivenesstosetupaservicesupplychainofintegration,efficiencyand highquality,whichcanraiseupthelevelofsupplychaintoo.Withthefurtherdevelopmentof internetapplicationandconstantappearanceofnewtourismserviceplatform,thecompetition amongtouristenterpriseshasturnedintobattleofguidingideologyofenterprisedevelopment andoperation,managementcapability,efficiencyandstandard.Inordertoanalyzethesupply qualityofeachsupplyproductinthesupplychainintimeandeffectively,itisnecessaryto constructasupplyqualityassessmentsystemwhichcanbeusedtodynamicallymonitorand regularlycheckthesupplyproductandservicequality,andprovidereferenceforinternaland externalmanagementoptimizationdecision. Basedontheanalysisandarrangementofvarioussupplyproblemsexistingintheproduct supplyprocessoftheFtravelagency'ssupplychain,thepaperrealizesthatitisnecessaryand urgenttoconstructeffectivequalityassessmentandmonitorsystemandformulatecorresponding cooperationpoliciesforassessmentresults.Basedontheliteraturestudy,Wehavesortedoutthe researchtheoriesandpracticalexperiencesofdomesticandforeignsupplychains.anddesigned thequalityassessmentsystemandaccountingsystemforthesupplychainoftourismbydrawing onthinkingessenceofthescholars.TheFtravelagencyistheentityresearchobjectofthe empiricalresearchtheoryandtheresultsoftheresearchinlinewiththeactualconclusion provetheevaluationsystemisfeasible.NotonlydotheresearchenrichtheFtravelagency's ownmanagementresearchsystem,butalsoprovidereferencesfortheimprovementand promotionofthemanagementsystemofthesameindustry. Researchmethodsusedinthispaperincludesliteraturecombing,comparativeanalysis, investigationandanalysis,mathematicalstatisticandempiricalcombination.TheLinear weightingmodelsandfuzzyevaluationmethodareusedtoquantifyassessmentsystem, whichmakesthedatacomparable.Bymeansofquantitativeassessment,comparativeanalysis andresultsresearch,thispaperputforwardsomesuggestionsontheconstructionofFtravel agenciesinimprovinginformationsystemmanagement,buildingacompleteexamination Ⅲ incentivemechanismandcorporatecultureinthefuture.
