随着国内建筑市场建设项目竞争的日益激烈,为了加快工程进度,总承包公 司将专业工程或劳务作业外包给分包商。适当的工程分包,既能保证工程建设质 量,又能充分发挥各分包商的优势。分包已成为施工过程中非常重要的环节,渗 透在施工过程中的许多领域。正是由于分包过程存在诸多不可控因素,如人为因 素、自然因素带来威胁,这导致总承包企业面临巨大风险,因此项目分包业务风 险管理对建筑总承包企业而言,具有极其重要的意义,这也是论文研究的目的。 本论文研究的对象是四川坤跃建筑有限公司,以公司在建的HB项目为例进 行项目风险管理研究。在研究过程中,本文主要以风险结构分析法、专家调查法 和改进型序关系分析法为主。在风险因素识别阶段,通过调查分析,采用风险分 解结构法进行风险识别。在风险识别的基础上,通过专家调查估计风险因素的风 险量,并采用改进的序列关系分析算法,对风险因素的风险量进行了分析,同时 对风险因素进行赋权,并完成风险因素的指标风险值确定。提出了四川坤跃建筑 有限公司具体风险应对的策略。HB项目分包中的风险主要可以通过自然环境与 现场施工条件的风险、分包工程安全风险、选择分包企业风险和分包工程质量风 险等几个方面进行控制。 在实践中,大多数承包企业的分包风险管理往往停留在识别阶段,本文是对 小型施工企业具体项目分包施工风险管理研究的探索,具有一定的实用价值。 关键词:建筑工程;分包管理;风险管理 II RISK MANAGEMENT OF PROJECT SUBCONSTRACTING BUSINESS OF SICHUAN KUNYUE CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD Abstract With the increasingly fierce competition for construction projects in the domestic construction market, in order to speed up the project progress, the general contracting company outsources professional projects or labor services to subcontractors. Proper subcontracting can not only ensure the construction quality, but also give full play to the advantages of each subcontractor. Subcontracting has become a very important link in the construction process and permeates many fields in the construction process. In the process of research, this paper mainly focuses on risk structure analysis, expert investigation and improved order relation analysis. In the stage of risk factor identification, through investigation and analysis, the risk decomposition structure method is adopted for risk identification. On the basis of risk identification, the risk amount of risk factors is estimated through expert investigation, and the risk amount of risk factors is analyzed by using an improved sequence relationship analysis algorithm. At the same time, the risk factors are weighted, and the index risk value of risk factors is determined. The specific risk response strategy of Sichuan Kunyue construction co., ltd is put forward. The risks in HB project subcontracting can be mainly controlled through the risks of natural environment and site construction conditions, safety risks of subcontracting projects, risks of selecting subcontracting enterprises and quality risks III of subcontracting projects. In practice, the subcontract risk management of most contracting enterprises often stays at the identification stage.
