中国政府与新加坡政府在重庆实施的中新(重庆)战略性互联互通示范项目,是中 国与新加坡第三个政府间合作项目。项目的实施过程中,从“渝桂
新”南向通道构想提 出,到建设西部陆海新通道上升为国家战略。因中新战略性互联互通示范项目和西部陆 海新通道建设而来的中新南宁国际物流园,是新加坡企业投资广西南
宁的首个大型国际 物流园项目。中新南宁国际物流园是广西落实西部陆海新通道建设的重点项目之一,项 目的落地有利于提升广西在“一带一路”中的战略地位,加快物流要素整
合,促进服务 平台建设,打造内聚外合、纵横联动,时间最短、成本最优的多式联运国际陆海贸易新 通道。 论文分析了中新南宁国际物流园的外部环境和内部环境,物流园的现
状和面临的问 题,运用PEST模型、波特五力模型、SWOT战略分析工具来制定公司的发展战略体系, 得出物流园应选择SO增长型战略。总体战略为:在西部陆海新通道上打造中新
互联互 通合作的智慧物流供应链平台,集仓储、生产、运输、金融、商贸、展示功能于一体, 成为区域内物流、商流、人流、信息流、资金流的交汇中心,建成多功能综合物流
产业 园、国际物流多式联运重要节点和服务中国中南、西南地区,面向东盟、亚欧等国家的 商贸流通交互信息平台。中新南宁国际物流园应从拓展融资渠道、加强战略领导、实

intergovernmentalcooperationprojectbetweenthetwocountriesandfollowstheissuanceof thenewInternationalland-seacorridorproposalof"Chongqing-Guangxi-
Singapore" Officially,theimplementationoftheprojectandtheconstructionofthenewwesternlandand
seachannelhastransformedintoanationalstrategyforbothpartiesinvolved.Tosolidifythis cooperativeintergovernmentalstrategy,progresstowardsthecompletionofTheSino
SingaporeNanningInternationalLogisticsPark(CSILP)iskey.Thisprojectwillbethevery firstlarge-
scaleinternationallogisticsparkofitskind.CSILPisoneofthepriorityprojectsin Nanning,GuangxitosupporttheconstructionanddevelopmentoftheNewWesternLand-Sea
Corridor,whichenhancesGuangxi'sstrategicpositioninthe"Belt&Road"initiative,
acceleratesandupgradestheintegrationoflogisticsandservices,soastoachieveahighly efficientandcost-effectiveNewInternationalLand-SeaTradeCorridorwith inter-
connectivity. ThisthesisanalyzestheinternalandexternalconditionsofCSILPalongwiththecurrent
situationandchallengesofthelogisticspark.Thisstudyformulatesthecompany'sfuture
developmentstrategysystembyapplyingthePESTmodel,MichaelPorterfiveforcesmodel andSWOTstrategicanalysistoolstoconcludeaproperdevelopmentstrategythatthe
logisticsparkshouldimplement.Theoverallstrategyoftheenterpriseisasfollows:A multifunctionallogisticsindustrialparkincludesfacilitiesofstorage,production,
transportation,exhibition,tradeandfinanceservices.Inaddition,itisalsoaregional
exchangehubforlogisticsdata,information,humanresourcesandcapitalflow.ItisaSmart LogisticsSupplyChainPlatform,ajointventureofChinaandSingaporeundertheNew
westernland-seacorridordevelopment,asignificantinformationplatformfortradeexchanges
andakeyplaceforinternationallogisticsmultimodaltransportationforASEAN,Asianand Europeancountries,centralandsouthwesternChina.CSILPshoulddevelopguarantee
measuresforadevelopmentstrategytoimplementaspectsofexpandingfinancingchannels,
