交易银行业务源于上世纪 70 年代的国际大型商业银行,其概念主要是商业银行 通过分析企业客户日常交易情况、贸易结算场景等,为其提供与之对
应的金融服务。 近年来随着商品、技术、信息、货币、服务、人力等生产要素的跨国、跨地区高速流 动,以及互联网技术的快速更迭,在这过程中企业之间的交易行为模式发生
了翻天覆 地的变化。本次研究的对象交通银行创始于 1908 年,是中国第一家全国性的国有股 份制商业银行,近年来,交通银行的交易银行业务已经扩充到了除金融市场业务以
外 的投行类业务、资管类业务和金融服务平台类业务等方面。目前交通银行并未在部门 组织架构上进行整合,成立独立的交易银行部门,其交易银行业务分部在多个部门管 理,
从管理层级上有一定的局限性,其业务发展从数据上看也并不乐观。因此探索交 通银行交易银行业务发展战略具有重要的研究意义。 本文首先使用 PEST 分析法分析交通银行交
易银行业务所处的宏观环境因素和产 业竞争性。其次根据波特的竞争对手分析模型,对交通银行交易银行目前主要的几个 竞争对手招商银行、中信银行等机构的交易银行业务,
进行竞争对手分析。再次,运 用标价值链法,对交通银行交易银行的经济效果和技术上的价值活动上进行分析。在 此使用 SOWT 分析矩阵,分析影响交通银行交易银行业务优势
和劣势的相关程度,根 据分析结果进而使用 QSPM 矩阵定量分析研究交通银行交易银行业务发展战略的目标 与选择。最终得出战略的实施与保障,明确交通银行交易银行业务发

large international commercial banks in the 1970s. Its concept is that commercial banks provide corresponding financial services by analyzing the daily
transaction situation and trade settlement scenarios of enterprise customers. In recent years, with the rapid flow of production factors such as goods,
technology, information, money, services, human resources and so on, as well as the rapid change of Internet technology, the transaction behavior pattern
between enterprises has changed dramatically. The object of this study is Bank of communications, which was founded in 1908. It is the first national state-
owned joint-stock commercial bank in China. In recent years, the transaction banking business of Bank of communications has expanded to investment banking
business, asset management business and financial service platform business besides financial market business. At present, Bank of communications has not
integrated the organizational structure of its departments and established an independent transaction banking department. Its transaction banking business
division is managed by multiple departments, which has certain limitations from the management level, and its business development is not optimistic from the
data point of view. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the development strategy of transaction banking business of Bank of communications.
Firstly, this paper uses PEST analysis to analyze the macro environmental factors and industrial competitiveness of the transaction banking business of Bank
of communications. Secondly, according to Porter's competitor analysis model, the paper analyzes the main competitors of Bank of communications, such as
China Merchants Bank, China CITIC Bank, etc. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the economic effect and technical value activities of Bank of communications
transaction bank by using the method of price chain. In this paper, we use the SOWT analysis matrix to analyze the correlation degree of the advantages and
disadvantages of the transaction banking business of the Bank of communications, and then use the QSPM matrix to quantitatively analyze the objectives and
choices of the development strategy of the transaction banking business of the Bank of communications. Finally, the implementation and guarantee of the
strategy are obtained, and the objectives and plans of the implementation of the transaction banking business development strategy of the Bank of
