:网络经济给传统电力行业带来巨大冲击,商业模式面临调 整和变革。2019年初,国家电网为培育新的增长动能,适应传统产业 与互联网加速融合的趋势,充分发挥电网企业的资源优势,提出了建 设泛在电力物联网的战略,作为省属国资地方电网的陕西地电集团公 司也在2019年工作会议上提出努力打造一流智能配电网,利用物联 网、人工智能等众多信息通信技术和模式,对集团及辅业多经单元相 关业务进行赋能,因此,需要构建一套基于现代信息技术的实物资产 管理系统,提升管理效率。 本文基于以上的背景,首先,查阅大量文献,研究国内外实物管 理的现状,结合陕西地电集团实物管理特点及实物管理中存在的问题, 通过分析RFID电子标签及其在资产实物管理中应用,引入RFID技术 对集团实物进行标识管理,构建实物资产管理系统。其次,利用实物 资产管理系统,巩固实物的集中管理、制度化成果,实现实物资产的 多种管理功能,构建业财联动式的实物资产管理体系。最后,提出建 立陕西地电集团实物资产管理系统的保障措施和达到的预期效果。 该管理系统以资产实物为核心、以RFID为主线、以手机端和电 脑端的管控平台为应用载体,建立起一套适合本集团各成员单位的完 整实物管理模式,将实物资产管理纳入最新的物联网+应用框架中来, 填补了长期以来集团资产实物管理在相关技术、系统方面的空白,提 II 升实物管理规范化、专业化水平。改变了集团资产实物业务管理和价 值管理的现状,使资产价值管理始终依靠实物管理;实现资产管理跨 部门、跨单位的多方面协作,有效地促进了集团资产管理的整个生命 周期,形成了资产实物管理的新局面,为企业经营管理打下良好的基 础。对类似于陕西地电集团类型的国资企业应用RFID技术进行资产 实物管理,改变传统资产实物管理模式,全面提升实物资产管理水平 具有一定的帮助。 关键词:实物管理;RFID;实物系统;保障措施 III DESIGN AND APPLICATION OF RFID PHYSICAL ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN ? Finally, the paper puts forward the safeguard measures and the expected effect of establishing the physical assets management system of Shaanxi geoelectricity group.
