一汽-大众青岛工厂生产线仿真与优化研究 汽车行业正面临前所未有的挑战:客户需求愈加多元化;市场竞争的白热化; 以及新能源汽车、共享汽车、自动驾驶汽车的出现;新材料、新技术、新工艺的 采用等,使得汽车行业格局正在发生振荡。因此汽车行业被迫不断缩短新车投放 周期,努力提高生产柔性以满足用户个性化需求。科技飞速进步的今天,汽车行 业更好的满足“个性化”的批量需求,仅仅从自动化领域寻求突破已不现实,汽 车行业急需“涵盖和实现整个价值链的全过程数字化,形成数字化闭环,才能提 升效率,提高质量,降低成本”,从容应对即将到来的机遇与挑战。 即将完工的一汽-大众青岛工厂作为一汽-大众汽车有限公司最新、最先进 的智慧工厂,数字化技术在工厂生产线仿真与优化中起着很关键的作用。在自动 化设备和人力成本不断升高的今天,生产线的仿真与优化是提高生产线柔性的 有力保障。只有生产线建设过程中向更高效、灵活、优质的数字化制造转型将是 能否在即将到来的汽车行业转型中占得先机的决定因素。 本文综述了当今汽车工业生产线数字化仿真与优化研究所涉及的一些主要 理论,战略产能管理理论、流程分析理论、生产流程理论等,并作了较全面的总 结和评述。首先,第一章介绍了一汽-大众青岛工厂生产线仿真与优化的研究意 义,研究方法和研究内容,文献综述和理论基础。第二章,介绍了一汽-大众青 岛工厂的概况,讲述了数字化仿真技术在一汽大众青岛工厂生产线建设过程中 的意义,说明了一汽-大众汽车有限公司在生产线建设过程中存在的问题进行了 陈述和分析。第三章,更多的通过一汽-大众汽车有限公司多年来在生产线建设 项目过程中数字仿真技术的实际应用和取得的效果为依据,重点论述了一汽-大 众青岛工厂在建设过程中,数字化仿真技术如何解决现阶段生产线建设过程中 存在的问题,各个生产工艺生产线设计、规划过程中数字化仿真技术所起的关键 II 作用,也论述了各个生产线数字化的关键所在和应用生产线仿真技术后所带来 的效益。第四章,数字化仿真技术在一汽-大众生产线建设过程中确定优化目标 和优化方案,最后论述了如何把数字化仿真技术更好的保障生产线建设。文中着 重指出,生产线数字化仿真技术在一汽-大众青岛工厂整车生产线建设中起的关 键作用,在提升运营管理能力、降低产品成本、提高规划水平、缩短产品生命周 期、循环经济方面具有重大战略意义,并且数字化仿真技术为以后新车型的上线、 产线改造、产能增加等提供有效的基础数据保证。更为管理者决策提供有效的、 客观的理论和数据支持。 关键词: 仿真与优化,数字化,模型 III Abstract Research on Production Line Simulation and Optimization in Qingdao Plant of FAW-VW AUTOMOTIVE CO., LTD The automotive industry is facing a hitherto unknown challenge: customer needs become more diversified; the intense competition in the market; and new energy vehicles, car sharing, automatic driving cars; new materials, new technology, the use of new technology, the automobile industry is undergoing oscillation pattern.
