本文以 M 公司 T 车间生产线为案例,运用精益思想、价值流图分析技术,选取
M 公司 T 车间产品线对其生产加工流程进行改进。首先,通过分析T公司 D 产
品现状和生产线存在的问题,依据实际收集数据,绘制价值流现状图;其次,从
精益生产八大浪费入手,结合价值流图分析方法找出非増值信息流,选取生产流
程改进机会点,绘制价值流未来图;最后,针对上述问题给出生产流程改进的措
施,提出了减少隐性浪费、降低生产劳动成本、缩短交货周期、提高生产效率和
产品质量的精益生产优化方案
