建筑业是国民经济行业的重要门类之一,建筑施工企业是建筑业最主要的从业主 体,因此建筑施工企业能否健康发展是建筑业乃至整个国民经济能否
良性、稳定发展 的关键。现代企业管理将人力资源视为战略性资源。员工招聘是企业获取人力资源最 重要的途径,招聘效果直接影响企业的生产经营情况,对于建筑施工企业这
类劳动密 集型企业更是如此。因此,如何通过深入研究建筑施工企业员工招聘管理体系存在的问 题,针对性分析其产生问题的原因,并优化设计招聘管理体系,提高员工招聘的
效果, 确保企业能及时获取所需要的合适人才,已经成为了当前建筑施工企业发展中急需研 究、分析和解决的重大问题。 W集团是陕西建筑行业的代表之一,处于转型升级的关
键时期,但是其招聘管理存 在很多问题,一定程度上制约了企业的发展,因此优化招聘管理体系已越发迫切。本 文通过搜集、查阅大量相关文献,分析国内外相关研究成果,挖
掘了以往研究的不足。 针对以往研究不足,本文以W集团为研究对象,以招聘管理体系优化为切入点,分析 总结了W集团招聘管理体系的现状。进而通过访谈法和问卷调查法,系
统分析了招聘 管理体系存在的问题,例如招聘需求管理混乱且较缺乏前瞻性和战略性、缺乏规范的招 聘流程等等。并且分析了产生这些问题的原因。在此基础上,根据招聘管理
相关理论, 设计了招聘管理体系优化方案,给出了九方面改进建议。最后,制定了招聘管理优化 设计方案实施的保障措施。 关键词:建筑施工企业;招聘管理;优化设计; 研

keytowhethertheconstructionindustryeventheentirenationaleconomycankeephealthy andstabledevelopment.Modernenterprisemanagementregardshumanresourcesasstrategic
resourcesboththeoreticallyandpractically.Employeerecruitmentisthemostimportantway
forenterprisestoobtainhumanresources.Recruitmenteffectdirectlyaffectstheproduction andoperationofenterprises,especiallyforconstructionenterprisessuchaslabor
-intensive enterprises.Sohowtofurtherstudytherecruitmentsystemofconstructionenterprises,
improvethequalityofstaffrecruitment,andensurethattheconstructionenterprisescanget therighttalentsintimeisthemajorproblemwhichisurgenttostudy,analyzeandsolve.
WgroupisoneoftherepresentativesoftheconstructionindustryinShaanxi,andisat thekeyperiodofthetransformationandupgrading.However,therearemanyproblemsinits
recruitmentmanagement,whichrestrictsthedevelopmentofenterprisestosomeextent. Therefore,itismoreandmoreurgenttooptimizetherecruitmentmanagementsystem.By
collecting,consultingandanalyzingmassiverelevantresearchresults,tofindoutthescarcity
ofpreviousstudies.Basedonthis,thispapertaketheWgroupastheresearchbackground, andrecruitmentmanagementasastartingpointtoanalyzeandsumupthestatusof
recruitmentmanagementofWgroup.Andthenthroughinterviewandquestionnairesurvey, theproblemsofrecruitmentmanagementsystemareanalyzed.Theproblemslikethat
recruitmentdemandmanagementischaoticandlessforward-lookingandstrategic,and
lackingofastandardizedrecruitmentprocess,andsoon.Afterthatthepaperanalyzesthecauses
oftheseproblems.Onthisbasis,accordingtotherelatedtheoriesofrecruitmentmanagement, theoptimizationschemeofrecruitmentmanagementsystemisdesigned.Andninewaysto
improvetherecommendationsaregiven,suchasestablishingahumanresourceplanmatching
thestrategyofthegroupcompany.Finally,theguaranteemeasuresfortheimplementationof theoptimizationdesignoftherecruitmentmanagementaregiven.
