基础设施建设和国家 安全,是一个国家经济发展的基石,也是一个国家综合国力的体现。随着我国综合国力 的日益增强,也在重型装备制造领域提倡国产化。建国七十年来,依
靠技术工作者和大 国工匠们的辛勤付出,使我国的重型装备制造企业发展迅猛,重型装备的制造水平显著 提高,解决了多个“卡脖子”的技术难题。也在国际上打造了中国制造
的名片,在国际 竞争中处于有利地位。 随着经济全球化的深入和经济形势的日新月异,也给重型装备制造企业的发展带来 了瓶颈。企业如何适应市场形势,实现长期高质量发展
,也成为了企业战略管理的新课 题。本文选取Y集团D分公司为研究对象,通过运用SWOT分析、PEST分析、波特五力 模型等科学的分析方法,对其所处的内外环境进行分析,深入
剖析了Y集团D分公司存 在的问题及产生问题的原因。并制定了新的企业发展战略和战略实施的保障措施,为实 现重型装备制造型企业的发展提供了重要参考。 关键词:重型装备

developedrapidly,andthemanufacturinglevelofheavyequipmenthasbeenimproved significantly.Alsomadeintheinternationalchina-madebusinesscards,intheinternational
competitioninanundefeatedposition. Withthedeepeningofeconomicglobalizationandthechangingmarketsituation,the
developmentofheavyequipmentmanufacturingenterpriseshasalsobroughtbottlenecks. Howtheenterpriseadaptsthemarketsituation,realizesthelong-termhighquality
development,alsohasbecometheenterprisestrategicmanagementnewtopic.Thispaper selectsYGroupDbranchastheresearchobject,throughtheuseofSWOTanalysis,PEST
analysis,porterfiveforcesmodelandotherscientificanalysismethods,toanalyzeitsinternal
andexternalenvironment,thispaperanalyzestheproblemsexistinginBranchDofygroup andthecausesoftheproblems.AndThenewenterprisedevelopmentstrategyandthe
