发达国家由于现代工业 化起步较早,对资源型企业转型的实践和研究也比较早,一些实践和研究的成果相 对比较成熟。随着我国经济社会的快速发展进步,现代经济体系日趋完
善,经济从 粗放式高速增长转向高质量科学发展阶段,资源型企业的产业转型问题更加突出, 有的地方政府积极引导,大多数企业主动实施,已经成为产业和企业发展战略重点
。 开滦集团是一个具有140年煤炭开采历史的大型国有企业,面对市场经济的冲 击,产业结构失衡,抗风险能力较弱。进入新世纪以来,开滦集团积极探索产业转 型,从实践层
面均做了大量努力,取得了一些成效,积累了一些经验,但是产业转 型还不成功。 本文根据开滦集团产业转型战略需要,运用战略管理的相关理论,从战略管理 实施的角度,对
开滦集团产业转型战略设计和实施进行了系统设计,具有一定的现 实针对性。首先,介绍了选题背景、研究意义和国内外研究现状,重点介绍了国内 外资源型城市和企业产业转
型现状及可资借鉴的经验教训。其次,系统分析了开滦 集团产业转型的内外环境,在此基础上进行了SWOT分析;重点围绕开滦集团产业 转型战略设计,确立了转型战略的指导思
路和基本原则,提出了总体战略、目标、 阶段,以及与转型战略匹配的各业务发展战略模式选择,基本提出了产业转型战略 的解决方案。最后,根据开滦集团产业转型的实际,
从组织、体制、经营、投资、 技术、人才、文化等方面,提出了保障产业转型战略实施的对策。 关键词:资源型企业;产业转型;战略管理;战略目标 燕山大学工商管理硕士学
位论文 - II - Abstract Transformation is a common problem among society, industry and enterprise. But for resources-based enterprises, it becomes a prominent
problem due to its particularity. Due to the early start of modern industrialization in developed countries such as Europe, America and Japan, the practice
and research on the transformation of resource-based enterprises are also relatively early, and the results of some practices and researches are relatively
mature. With the rapid development of the economy and the day by day improvement of the modern economic system, the economy changed from 'extensive
way' of economic growth to high quality scientific development stage. As a result, the transformation of resources-based enterprises becomes increasingly
prominent. In some area, it is already the strategic focus of industry and enterprise development under the positive direction of the local government and
the active implementation of the enterprises. As a large state-owned enterprise with 140 years coal mining history, under the impact of market economy, the
industrial structure of Kailuan group is lopsided and its anti-risk ability is weak. Since the beginning of new century, Kailuan group has been actively
exploring industrial transformation from strategic level and operational level. Some achievements have been achieved and some experience has been
accumulated, But industrial transformation has not been successful. According to the needs of Kailuan group's industrial transformation strategy, this
paper makes a systematic design on the implementation of Kailuan group's industrial transformation strategy from the perspective of the implementation of
strategic management by applying relevant theories of strategic management. This paper first introduces the background of the subject, study significance and
the research status at home and abroad. It meanwhile tells the current situation of transformation of resource based enterprises at home and abroad and the
lessons to learn. Secondly, the internal and external environment of Kailuan group's industrial transformation is analyzed, and on this basis, SWOT
analysis is carried out. The Abstract - III - industrial transformation strategy of Kailuan group is designed with emphasis and the guiding thought and basic
principles of the transformation strategy are established. After proposing the overall strategy, target, stage and the choice of business development
strategy model of transformation strategy matching, the solution of the industrial transformation strategy is basically proposed. Finally, according to the
actual industrial transformation of Kailuan group,the countermeasures to ensure the implementation of industrial transformation strategy are put forward
