钢铁工业作为工业化国家的基础工业,有力推动国家经济发展。钢铁贸易 企业将钢铁产品从生产企业手中转移到消费者手中,是联系钢厂和终端客户
的 桥梁和纽带,对钢铁工业的发展具有重要作用。近年来,我国钢材产量不断增 加,需求却没有明显的增长,导致我国钢材产能严重过剩,出现供远大于求的 局面。当前很多钢
铁贸易企业仍停留在粗放的经验管理阶段,内部没有系统的 战略管理意识。钢贸商传统的销售模式就是简单地“搬砖”赚差价,这样的后 果就是经营风险持续增加的同时利润却
持续下滑。因此,钢贸企业要想持续全 面的发展,必须要打破原有的传统经营模式,不断创新开发经营新产品,充分 利用好自身资源优势,建立健全战略管理体系。 本文以济南
BZ 钢贸公司作为研究对象,利用文献综述法通过对国内外近几 年关于钢贸公司企业发展战略的分析研究,运用 PEST 分析法和“五力模型” 分析企业内外部环境,指出了企业外
部环境是机遇与挑战并存,然后通过 SWOT 矩阵结合为 BZ 钢贸公司解决实际问题为主要目标,制定出当前适合 BZ 钢贸公 司发展的战略选型,即实行积极型的发展战略,设计出
管理客户关系、加强人 才培养、以及将企业定位为服务性企业等措施来付诸实践,并制定相应的保障 措施。本文研究对象是作者本身自己经营的一家公司,因此在理论与实践发
面 的结合比较切合实际,通过对济南 BZ 钢贸公司所面临的问题进行分析,以及 制定公司发展战略的思路,期望能在解决本公司困境的同时,本文的观点能够 对其他钢铁贸易公

industry of industrialized countries, strongly promotes national economic development. Steel trade enterprises transfer steel products from production
enterprises to consumers, which is the bridge and link between steel mills and end customers, and plays an important role in the development of iron and
steel industry. In recent years, China's steel production has been increasing, but the demand has not increased significantly, resulting in serious
overcapacity of steel products in China, resulting in a situation in which the supply far exceeds the demand. At present, many iron and steel trade
enterprises are still in the extensive experience management stage, without systematic strategic management consciousness. The traditional sales mode of
steel traders is to simply "move bricks" to earn price difference, which results in the continuous increase of business risks and the continuous
decline of profits. Therefore, in order to achieve sustainable and comprehensive development, steel trade enterprises must break the original traditional
business model, constantly innovate and develop new products, make full use of their own resource advantages, and establish and improve the strategic
management system. In this paper, Jinan BZ steel trade company is taken as the research object. By using the method of literature review, this paper analyzes
the internal and external environment of the enterprise by using PEST analysis method and "Five Forces Model", and points out that opportunities
and challenges coexist in the external environment of the enterprise, Then through the SWOT matrix, combined with solving practical problems for BZ steel
trade company as the main goal, the paper formulates the current strategy selection suitable for BZ steel trade company's development, that is,
implementing positive development strategy, and putting the measures into practice, such as managing customer relationship, strengthening personnel training,
and positioning the enterprise as a service enterprise, and the corresponding safeguard measures are formulated. Safeguard measures should be taken. The
