本论文主要依据广西的优势资源--民族文化、优势的地理位置,中国东 盟的中心交通枢纽,意图在南宁市郊区横县六景开发建设一个以民歌文化 为主 题的集旅游观光、文化交流、非物质文化传承保护、休闲度假、商贸 展会于一体的文化旅游综合体。根据当前南宁的客观条件和广西民族文化 得天独厚的资源状况,提出南宁国 际民歌园文化旅游综合体开发建设思路 与规划,推动民族文化旅游发展建设,为我国少数民族地区在民族文化资 源利用方面起到参考借鉴作用,切实有效地促进广西民族文化旅 游事业的 飞速发展。 本文主要分为六个章节。第一章讲述的是本文的研究环境、国家政策 背景、以及探寻其目的与意义、国内外研究现状与趋势,以及阐述研究的 方法和内容 等等。第二章总结、归纳了民族文化旅游商贸综合体的相关概 念与理论。其中主要着重论述与本文密切相关的可持续发展理论、产业集 聚理论、文化旅游商贸一体化理论以及三 权分离理论。第三章主要介绍了 南宁市横县六景开发建设的条件,包括国家政策导向、资源环境条件、交 通区位优势等;第四章是本文的研究侧重点,在前面论述的理论和机制 支 撑下,该章提出了文化旅游商贸综合体开发建设的一系列构想,如开发模 式、投资建设思路、园区的定位、发展目标和整合运营模式等。第五章就 是针对文化旅游综合体具体 建设规划,包括综合体的功能分区与布局,以 II 及综合体各项基础设施建设。主要着重论述民歌园文旅商综合体后期的运 营管理机制和一系列针对性强的保障措施,大大提升了 国际民歌园文旅商 综合体开发建设的合理性、操作性与可行性。第六章主要是对全文论述的 内容进行总结与提出对未来的展望。 本论文整合研究的完成将对广西民族文化资源化 利用及旅游产业的发 展,产生从量变到质变的推动作用。目前广西的民族文化旅游资非常源丰 富、底蕴深厚,但还处于资源碎片化、规模小型化、地理边缘化、开发利 用无序化 的现状。通过项目整合、科学规划、互联网思维、创新开发运营 模式,形成巨大的合力,才能增强广西在全国甚至全球的旅游影响力,带 动整个广西的民族文化旅游产业飞速发 展,从而改变整个广西的旅游格局。 关键词:南宁;国际民歌园;文旅商综合体 III NANNING INTERNATIONAL FOLK SONG PARK TOURISM DEVELOPMENT RESEARCH ABSTRACT This thesis mainly based on the advantages of resources in guangxi, national culture, advantage of geographical location, the center of the China association of south-east Asian nations (asean) transport hub, intentions in the suburbs of nanning heng six scene development construction a set of the subject of folk culture tourism, cultural exchanges, non-material cultural heritage protection, leisure vacation, business trade fair in the integration of cultural tourism. According to the objective conditions of nanning and guangxi national culture advantageous resources, put forward the nanning international folk song garden complex cultural tourism development train of thought and planning, promoting the construction of national culture tourism development for the ethnic minority areas in our country play a reference role in national culture resources, effectively promote the rapid development of guangxi ethnic cultural tourism. Main content in this paper, a total of six chapters. The first chapter is mainly discussed in this paper, the research environment, policy background, and explore the purpose and significance, domestic and foreign research present situation and trend, this paper studies the methods and contents, etc. The second chapter is summary, summarizes the ethnic cultural tourism commercial complex, related concepts and theories. The sixth chapter mainly focuses on folk songs and brigade in the late shang complex operation management mechanism and a series of targeted measures, boost the international travel and commercial complex development and construction of folk songs of the rationality, feasibility and maneuverability. The completion of this thesis integrated research of guangxi ethnic cultural resource utilization and the development of the tourism industry, produce from quantitative change to qualitative change.
