目前,我国已经成为世界家电生产大国,产品质量和技术水平已达到国际先进水平, 家电产品也正朝着智能化、多功能、健康、节能、环保的方向发展,安全、环保、节能 的变频控制技术顺应了家电市场技术发展的需要,成为 21 世纪家电市场控制系统的主 流技术,集变频控制技术于一体的变频电器也受到消费者的极大追捧。另外,改革开放 以来我国电力电子市场发展迅猛,市场需求潜力巨大。然而,如此巨大的需求市场基本 依靠进口,很少有中国产品供应。 莱芜市三和科技有限公司率先在国内研制成功集先进变频控制技术于一身的 UIPM 模块,该产品体积小、集成度高、耗能低、环境适应性强、性价比高、电磁兼容性强, 性能达到国际先进水平。为适应家电产业的技术发展及国内外市场需求,公司决定新上 UIPM 模块项目,该项目投资巨大,十分有必要进行全面的论证评估。本文综合运用项目 评估的理论,对该项目进行了全面的论证评估,并得出可行的研究结论,也为其它项目 的论证评估提供了参考依据。 本文的写作思路如下,报告第二部分、第三部分、第四部分分别从项目的运行环境、 项目技术水平、项目环境影响等方面对项目进行了定性分析,说明了项目实施的必要性 与可行性,第五部分、第六部分又从项目财务分析、风险分析方面对项目进行了深入的 定量分析与评估,论证了这一项目的经济价值,得出项目可行的结论。本文的重点在财 务分析和风险分析部分,着重对投资回收期、净现值、内部收益率、盈亏平衡分析、敏 感性分析等指标进行了深入的研究并应用于项目评估中。投资回收期、净现值和内部收 益率均有着多种计算方法,计算方法的科学性事关到投资方案可行与否的判断,对这三 个指标进行研究较具有理论价值。同时,不确定分析既是风险分析的重要部分,也是财 务指标评价的重要补充,在方法上也存在许多改进的地方,通过改进后对该项目的可行 性进行判断分析,以期获得更具科学性的评价结论。 关键词,UIPM;运行环境;技术评估;环境影响;财务分析;风险分析2 Laiwu SanHe technology Co.
