随着我国经济的快速发展,能源短缺的问题日益尖锐,人类赖以生存的环境也日益 受到破坏,可持续发展面临严峻的挑战在我国人口众多!资源有限的情况下,如何能 满足能源的需求而不破坏环境是极为关键的,而风力发电正具备这样的条件 本文首先介绍了风力发电的背景!国内外风电发展的现状以及我国发展风电的可行 性和必要性;接着详细地探讨了风力发电可行性研究的重点内容,并以芝果岛风电项目 为例,对风力发电可行性研究的理论和方法进行了运用和验证;最后,笔者分析了我国 风电可行性研究重要意义,提出了一些相应的建议,并提出了/不可行性研究0的新观 点,希望对我国风力发电事业提供帮助 本文以具体可操作为目的,理论和实践相结合,对风力发电可行性理论进行了进一 步的探讨文中对芝呆岛风力发电场可行性研究的核心内容进行了分析,力图以此为契 机,提高我国风力发电可行性研究的水平和质量,实现风力发电事业的良性发展,满足 我国环保和可持续发展的要求 关键词:风力发电,可行性研究,可再生能源,环境保护 冬烟台芝呆岛风力发电场可行性研究 YantaiZhifudaoWindPowerParkFeasibilityStudy AbstfaCt WithraPiddeveloPmentofChina,eeonomy,shortageofenergysoureeshasbeeame inereasinglyserious.Asthelivingenvironmenthasbeenbadlydamaged,sustainable develoPment15faeingagreatehallenge.IntheeasethatChinahasalargePoPulationbutlimit naturalresourees,it,5akeyPointhowtomeetthegreatdemandofenergysoureeswithout damagingtheenvironment,forwhiehwindPowerexaetlyqualifies.
