中压配电网的升压改造是一项适应我国经济发展需要,建设环境友好型! 资源节约型电网的战略决策升压改造可以提高中压配电网的供电能力!节约 占地资源!节能降损以及便于分布式电源的接入,是消除供电瓶颈!提升电网 适应能力,建设坚强配电网的重大技术举措之一我国现行城乡电网普遍采用 220/110/35/10/0.4kv电压制,且以10kV电压等级作为承上启下的中间环节随着 电力负荷密度与用电量的快速增长,一方面部分负荷密度较大地区现有的10kV 供电电压己越来越不适应负荷发展的需要,必须进行升压改造另一方面变电 层次过多和布局结构复杂导致电压级数重复过多,增大了建设投资和网络损耗, 且不利于管理与维护因此,研究简化变电层次和提出合适的配电电压等级具 有重要的现实意义因而对郑州城区配电网进行规划研究,用20kV电压等级代 替10kV电压等级如何进行,成为当前我们电网运营企业关注的课题 本文在对电网现状分析的基础上,研究了采用20kV供电需要考虑的主要问 题,包括城市空间资源稀缺!用电结构的变化!配电网的发展模式!现有设备 存量!升压改造的技术措施!供电安全水平!社会效益!经济效益以及供电政 策等多个方面,论证了20kV电压等级的经济优越性和技术可行性最后以郑州 东区为实例,分析了20kV代替10kV电压等级在郑州城区的必要性和可行性 关键字:20kV电压等级配电网负荷密度供电能力升压改造可行性郑州大学工程硕士报告 AbstraCt Mediumvoltagedistributionnetwork15arenovationbyuPgradingvoltagelevel toadapttoChina,5economiedeveloPment,eonstruetionandenvirofunent一角endly, resouree一savingPowerofstrategiedeeisions.MediumvoltagelevelcanimProvethe PowersuPPlyabilityofdistributionnetwork,savetheareaofresources,energy1055 reduetionandeasytoaecessdistributedPowersuPPly.RenovationbyuPgrading voltagelevel15amajorteehnologytoeliminatebottleneeksandelthaneethePowerof adaPtability,toeonstructastrongdistributionnetwork.China,5eurrenturbanand ruralPowergridcommonly15makinguPof220/110/35/10/0.4kVvoltagelevel,and 10kVvoltagelevel15thenexusoftheintermediatelinks.AsChina,5rapideeonomie develoPment,theloaddensityandmaximumPowerconsumPtiongrowth,ontheone handtheexisting1okVPowersuPPlyvoltageeannolongermeettheneedsof develoPmenteaPaeit又mustboostreform.Ithasbasieallyreachedaconsensus.On theotherhand,excessivelevelsofsubstationandlayoutofeomPlexstructuresleadto exeessivevoltagelevelduPlieation,increasecapitalinvestmentandnetwork1055,and notconducivetomanagementandmaintenance.Therefore,thestudysimPlified substationlevelandmakeapProPriatedistributionvoltagelevel15ilnPortantPraetical significance.ThereforetouPgradingvoltagelevelofdistributionnetworksin Zhengzhoucit又withhow20kVvoltagelevelinsteadof1OkVvoltagelevelareour currentnetworkoPeratingeolnPaniesfocustoPies.
