在科技飞速发展、技术更新迭代升级加快的新时代背景下,企业面对的市场 竞争异常激烈,压力和挑战前所未有。对企业而言,具有专业知识背景的核心人 才控制着企业的关键资源、拥有专业技术和创新能力、掌握核心业务和客户,是 决定企业战略目标能否实现的关键因素,是企业打造核心竞争力的力量之源。 激励在人力资源管理中处在核心地位,与企业的薪资与福利、绩效、职业生 涯规划等机制和体系的建立密不可分。因此,深入探索企业人力资源管理中的激 励机制无论是对于企业激励机制的优化还是对于企业的可持续发展都有着重要 的意义。 中国经济社会的快速发展和城市化进程的加速,使城市居民的独立性越来 越强,有越来越多人把饲养宠物当作一种情感寄托的方式。宠物数量的增加,宠 物产业快速发展,宠物医院伴随着宠物行业的兴旺而发展迅速,出现空前的繁荣。 与此同时,在宠物医院行业中,核心员工留不住、激励手段不足等问题,日益成 为宠物医院人力资源管理的突出问题,给企业带来了巨大的损失。如何实施有效 激励,稳定宠物医院核心员工,提高其忠诚度,激发他们的创造活力,已成为当 前宠物医院提高核心竞争力,保持基业长青的当务之急。 C 宠物医院已历经 10 余年的发展,在区域具有一定的典型性。本文以 C 宠 物医院为具体研究对象,结合现有资料及参考激励相关研究,借助激励相关理论, 就近年来宠物医院快速发展中日益显现的核心员工流失、激励效果不明显等现 实问题,对 C 宠物医院核心员工激励现状开展调查研究与分析。通过调查,全 面了解医院核心员工的需求特点,把握核心员工对现有激励的满意程度,有效认 识和评价当前核心员工激励情况,基于此有针对性摸清医院管理特别是核心员 工激励存在的主要问题及原因,结合医院的实际情况,提出了相应改进的对策和 建议,以帮助医院构建起适应该企业实际的科学、可行、有效的激励体系,对医 院改善核心员工激励,实现稳定发展具有重要现实意义。希望本文的实际案例对 宠物医院行业核心员工的激励在理论上和实践上提供相应的参考和借鉴。 关键词:宠物医院 核心员工 激励II Abstract Under the background of rapid development of science and technology and accelerated iteration and upgrading of technology, enterprises are facing fierce market competition, unprecedented pressure and challenges. For enterprises, the core talents with professional knowledge control the key resources of the enterprise, possess professional technology and innovation ability, master core business and customers, are the key factors to determine whether the strategic objectives of the enterprise can beachieved,andarethesourceofstrengthforenterprisestobuildcorecompetitiveness. Motivation is the core of human resource management, and is closely related to the establishment of salary and welfare, performance, career planning and other mechanisms and systems. Therefore, in-depth exploration of the incentive mechanism in enterprise human resources management is of great significance to the optimization of the incentive mechanism and the sustainable development of enterprises. With the rapid development of China's economy and society and the acceleration of urbanization, the independence of urban residents is becoming stronger and stronger, more and more people choose to keep pets as a way of emotional sustenance. With the increase of the number of pets, the rapid development of the pet industry, pet hospitals with the flourishing pet industry and rapid development, unprecedented prosperity. At the same time, in the pet hospital industry, the core staff can not stay, lack of incentives and other issues, increasingly become a prominent human resource management problems in pet hospitals, bringing huge losses to enterprises. How to implement effective incentives, stabilize the core staff of pet hospitals, improve their loyalty, and stimulate their creativity has become an urgent task for pet hospitals to improve their core competitiveness and maintain the evergreen foundation. C pet hospital has been developing for more than 10 years, and has formed a specific influence in the region. This paper takes C Pet Hospital as the specific research object, combines the existing data and reference incentive related research, with the help of incentive related theory, carries out investigation and Research on the current incentiveIII situation of the core staff of C Pet Hospital in view of the core staff loss and incentive effect is not obvious in the rapid development of the pet hospital in recent years. Analysis. Through the research, we can understand the demand characteristics of the core staff of C Pet Hospital comprehensively, grasp the satisfaction degree of the core stafftotheexistingincentives,effectivelyunderstandandevaluatethecurrentincentive situation of the core staff. Based on this, we can find out the main problems and reasons of the management of C Pet Hospital, especially the incentive of the core staff, and combine with C. In order to help C Pet Hospital to construct a scientific, feasible and effective incentive system to adapt to the actual situation of the enterprise, it has important practical significance for C Pet Hospital to improve core staff incentive and achieve stable development.
