本文对新型碱性蛋白酶及大豆肽和肽饮料车间的建设进行了可行性研究分析，并设 计了一条年产 60 吨新型碱性蛋白酶生产线、一条年产 150 吨大豆肽生产线、一条年产 2400 万瓶（350ml/瓶）大豆肽饮料生产线。本可行性研究报告的编写依据是国家计划委 员会办公厅计办投资[2002]15 号《投资项目可行性研究指南（试行版）》和国家计划委 员会计投资（1993）530 号《关于印发建设项目经济评价办法与参数的通知》及《建设 项目经济评价方法与参数（第二版）》和我国现行粮食工程建设的有关政策、法规、规 范及标准等。首先，本报告全面阐述了本可行性研究报告的内容，根据临颍县城镇规划 要求和南街村集团有限公司的实际情况，结合公司长远发展规划，对南街村集团有限公 司基地建设进行了充分细致的调研，结合国家对可行性研究阶段工作范围和深度的规 定，对项目建设的依据、必要性、可行性和条件进行了论述；对产品的市场进行了分析 预测；对建设规模、方案、设备选择、公用工程、环保、消防、节能、项目实施进度、 投资估算、资金筹措及经济效益等方面进行综合性研究、分析和评价；为项目建设提供 可靠的依据。本报告主要研究了如下内容，（1）了解此项目的背景、发展概况及交通运 输情况（2）对产品进行市场调查与分析（3）确定项目建设地点及绘制总平面布置图， 设计总体研究方案（4）确定项目的安全生产、能源的节约以及环境保护（5）企业组织 和劳动定员（6）对项目总投资估算与资金筹措 、财务评价与风险分析。 实施后，企业实现年销售收入达 14100 万元，销售税金及附加为 83.04 万元。该项 目生产期内年平均利润总额 4245.74 万元，年平均税后利润 3184.31 万元；年平均上交 所得税为 1061.44 万元，企业经济效益显著。全部投资内部收益率 38.65%（税后），投 资回收期 4.32 年。从以上数据可以看出，项目具有良好的经济效益和较大的抗风险能力， 因此项目是可行的。 关键词，大豆肽；大豆分离蛋白；酶解；可行性II Abstract The paper conducted a feasibility study of a new alkaline protease and soybean peptides and peptide beverage′s plant building, and designed an annual output of 60 tons of new alkaline protease production lines, an annual output of 150 tons of soybean peptide production line, an annual output of 24 million bottles (350ml / bottle) beverage production line of soybean peptides. First, the report comprehensively describes the contents of the feasibility study report, according to Linying town planning requirements and the actual situation of Nanjie Group Co., Ltd, combined with the long-term development plan, had a full and detailed investigation for the bases of Nanjie Group Limited, with the provisions of national on the scope and depth at the feasibility study stage, discussed the basis, necessity, feasibility and conditions of the project construction; analyzed and forecasted the market of the products; comprehensively researched, analyzed and evaluated the scale of the building, programs, equipment selection, public works, environmental protection, fire protection, energy conservation, project implementation progress, investment estimates, financing and economic benefits and ect; to provide a reliable basis for project. The study of this thesis is the following: (1) understand the background of this project, the development of profiles and transport conditions (2) research and analyze the market of the products (3) determine the project construction site and draw the general layout plan, design the overall research program (4) determine the project's safety, energy conservation and environmental protection (5) corporate organizations and labor manning (6) estimate the total investment and capital raising, financial evaluation and risk analysis. After putting this project into effect, the enterprises realize 141 million yuan in annual sales revenue. The sales tax and surcharges are 830.4 thousand yuan. The annual average total profit and the annual average after-tax profit of this project are 42,457,400 yuan andIII 31,843,100 yuan respectively during the date of production. The enterprise has significant economic benefit after paying for the annual average income tax of 10,614,400 yuan. The internal rate of return of total investment is 38.65﹪(after taxes) and the period for recovery of investment is 4.32 years.As can be seen from the above date,the project has good economic efficiency and larger anti-risk ability,so it is feasible.
