通乡公路隶属农村公路,作为国道和省道的重要补充,通乡公路是国家公路网的组 成部分。由于通乡公路运输强度不大但数量众多,在经济和社会发展方面具有重要的枢 纽作用。党中央在“十六”大会议上提出了 “全面建设小康社会”的宏伟目标,农村公 路建设进入了一个重要机遇期。 黑龙江省农村公路不通、不畅的问题十分突出。本课题通过对黑龙江各公路自然分 区内的已有通乡公路的路面组合形式以及在目前使用过程中所发生的病害的调查,结合 各个自然区划内工程地质情况,并根据各种类型通乡公路结构所选用的结构层材料,各 结构层之间的组合关系以及路基稳定性对路面的影响等几个方面进行了病害分析。 通过对原有的通乡公路的结构组合形式进行技术分析,依据理论并结合黑龙江省多 年的应用经验,提出三种适合于该省不同地区通乡公路的典型路面结构形式,其中包括 沥青混凝土路面、水泥混凝土路面和砌石路面。针对黑龙江省各地区气候的差异性选用 不同的路面组合形式,通过计算论证其可行性,分析每一种路面的优缺点,最后确定最 适合该地区的路面组合形式。 从经济方面考虑,运用静态和动态这两种投资计算方法对新提出的三种路面组合形 式进行经济评价,从经济角度论证其可行性。 关键词:通乡公路;可行性;路面结构 人迮理.1:人学专业爭位硕士学位报告 Apply flux in the typical areas of Heilongjiang province feasibility study of Highway pavement structure Abstract Rural roads under the rural roads, as an important complement to national highway and provincial highway, rural roads are part of the national highway network. Existing rural road structure through the combination technical analysis,based on the combination of theory and application experience for many years in Heilongjiang province, three species suited to the typical pavement structure of rural roads in different parts of the province, including asphalt concrete pavement, and stone pavement of cement concrete pavement. Heilongjiang province of climatic differences in the selection of different pavement combinations, calculated demonstration of its feasibility analysis of advantages and disadvantages of each type of pavement, and finally determine the most appropriate combination of pavement in the region. From economic considerations, using both static and dynamic investment calculation of combinations of three against new pavement economic evaluation, demonstration of its feasibility from an economic perspective, hile ignoring long-term cost-effective programmes.
