I 摘要 城市污水处理一直被视为公益事业,尽管我国的城市污水处理事业取得了一定成就, 但在城市污水治理过程中,一直存在污水治理投入不足和污水处理行业整体运行效率低的 问题。“十二五”规划中指出,强化污染物减排和治理,加快城镇污水处理、垃圾处理设施 建设,加大重点流域水污染防治力度,严格污染物排放标准和环境影响评价。 该市工农业发展迅速,但城区周边街道排水设施建设与城市发展极不协调,致使该市 城区的河道和周边海域受到严重污染,直接影响到居民的生活质量和环境质量,同时也影 响了城市工农业和黄海海域渔业的发展。市民强烈要求加快市政排水设施建设,改善该市 城区及周边海域的生态环境,因此建设污水处理厂及配套收集管网已是当务之急。 文中以该市污水处理厂工程为例展开研究,研究内容包括污水处理厂水质水量的分析 与确定、工艺方案选择与分析及总体方案的确定等。根据该市的发展规划,对该区域内给 水量进行了合理化预测,确定该市污水处理厂设计规模为2万m3/d。参考国内类似规模处理 厂的进水水质,确定该市的污水处理厂设计进水水质为SS=220mg/L,BOD5=200mg/L, CODci=430mg/L,NH3-N=25mg/L,TP=4mg/L。结合该市污水处理厂的实际情况及设计要 求,对污水处理厂的二级处理工艺、深度处理工艺、消毒处理工艺、污泥处理工艺、除臭 工艺的分析与比较,最终确定了该污水处理厂的工艺方案,满足了该厂的设计要 筑物进行了设计参数优化和设计计算,确定污水处理方案并完成了施工图的设计。 该污水处理厂选用CAST工艺为二级处理工艺。深度处理采用静态管道混合器、网格 絮凝池、斜板沉淀池、动态滤布滤池处理工艺。采用紫外线消毒系统对于处理出水进行消 毒。污泥处理采用曝气工艺,对剩余污泥进行浓缩、脱水,污泥脱水,除臭工艺选择生物 除臭法。使处理出水水质达到《城市污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)》一级 A排放标准。满足该污水处理厂设计要求,同时,也为其他污水处理厂设计提供参考。 关键词:污水处理工艺;工艺分析;经济技术比较;方案确定硕士研宄生学位报告 Abstract III Abstract Citysewagetreatmenthasbeenregardedasapublicwelfareundertakings,althoughthecity sewagetreatmentindustryinourcountryhasmadesomeachievements,butinthecitysewage treatmentprocessofsewagetreatment,therehasbeeninsufficientinvestmentandlowefficiency oftheoveralloperationofthesewagetreatmentindustryproblems.IntheEleventhFive-Year Plan,programmingpointsout,strengthenthepollutantsemissionreductionandmanagement,to speeduptheurbansewagetreatment,garbagedisposalfacilities,increasethepreventionand controlofwaterpollutioninkeyrivervalleysstrength,strictstandardsforpollutantsdischarge andenvironmentalimpactassessment.Fromthat,theurbansewagetreatmentinfrastructure constructionatpresentandinthefutureisstillaverylongperiodthesocialeconomic constructionisoneoftheimportantproblems.Morestrictstandardsandresourceconservation andenvironmentfriendlysocietytheconstructiongoal,tothecitysewagetreatmentplant constructioninthechoiceoftechnologicalschemeoptimizationandresourcetorational allocationanduseputforwardhigherrequest.So,forurbansewagetreatmentprocessprogram ofresearchanddesignoptimizationofparameterswillbecomethesewagetreatmentplant constructionofthenecessarypremise. Thecity'sindustrialandagriculturaldevelopmentisrapid,butthecitystreetsaroundthe drainagefacilitiesconstructionandcitydevelopmentisnotharmonious,resultinginthecity riverandthesurroundingwatersareseriouslypolluted,directlyaffectthequalityoflifeof residentsandthequalityoftheenvironment,butalsoaffectthedevelopmentofcityagriculture andfisheryintheYellowSeaseaarea.Publicurgedtospeedupthemunicipaldrainagefacilities construction,improvetheecologicalenvironmentofthecityandthesurroundingareaofthecity, sotheconstructionofsewagetreatmentplantsandsupportingpipenetworkisapressingmatter ofthemoment.
