The construction of WeiFang west waste water treatment has great significance in the melioration of Urban Environment in WeiFang. Because of the characteristics of the construction project of the waste water treatment, so the research on its feasibility is the key point to ensure the implementation of the project, and it also establish a theoretical basis for other similar construction projects. This paper researches the Weifang West waste water treatment project with on feasible theory and method. At first it mainly explains the background of the proposing of the question and the significance of the article. Besides, it describes the present research situation at home and abroad and discusses the principal method of the article.Then it confirms the necessity of the project by assessing the objects of the project construction, the construction scale, the general situation of the city and natural conditions, and the situation of the city water supply and drainage. According to the design of the project and other factors like organization, construction schedule, environmental protection, safety and hygiene, fire departments, energy conservation, and public bidding, the article will discusses the progressiveness and rationality of the project. And according to the investment scale and estimated cost of the project by the methods of the statement of cash flows, payback period, sensitivity analysis etc. Judge the feasibility of the project by evaluating its profitability, and balance the funds and appraisal of society and environment. In the last section The paper will analyze the economic benefits, societal benefits and environmental benefits of the project through energy conservation, consumption of the energy and environmental benefits.
