我国铜板带的产量和消费量都居世界第一,但铜板带的供应却存 在着结构性矛盾高精专用铜板带的供应缺口大,大部分只能依赖进 口基于此,广州有色金属集团有限公司根据国家产业政策!市场需 求及结合自身的条件,拟建设一条年产13000吨的高精铜带生产线 从国内外铜板带生产及需求情况对项目进行了分析根据市场和 现有条件制定了产品方案,即电缆铜带2000吨/年!引线框架铜带2000 吨/年!多元黄铜带4000吨/年!锡青铜带3000吨/年!锌白铜带2000 吨/年根据产品方案确定了技术方案;选定了主体生产设备;设计 了几个典型合金牌号的生产工艺卡片;并对主要设备的力能参数进行 了计算 该工程项目属于改扩建工程,总投资为34551万元改建后的生 产线包括双流水平熔铸生产线和以铸锭步进式加热炉!二辊可逆热轧 机!二辊可逆粗轧机!四辊可逆中精轧机!六辊可逆高精度精轧机! 可控气氛连续热处理炉!拉伸弯曲矫直机为主体设备的轧制!精整生 产线,其工艺技术和装备均达到国际先进水平,产品符合国际标准 该项目投产后,综合成材率可达69.5%,年销售收入为64401万元, 年利润总额为4371万元,税后年利润为3715万元 关键词:电缆铜带,引线框架铜带,多元黄铜带,锡青铜带,锌白铜 带,改扩建工程,可行性研究中南大学硕士学位报告ABSTRACT ABSTRACT TheoutPutandconsumPtionofcoPPerPlatesandstriPsinour countryhaverankedfirstintheworld,butthere15astruetural eontradietionwiththesuPPly.Mosthigh一aeeuraeyeoPPerPlatesand striPsrelyonimPort.OnthebasisofnationalindustrialPolieies,market demandsandeurrenteonditions,aProduetionlineofhigh一aeeuracy eoPPerstriPs15tobebuilt,withanannualoutPutof13000t.
