连云港某液体散货泊位工程可行性研究报告DOC

通过对连云港某液体散货泊位工程进行分析,根据港区总体规划,结合防波堤工 程、航道工程建设方案,提出布置于二港池和六港池的两个总体布局方案。由于总体 布局方案一建设不受防波堤建设影响,能尽快建成满足后方产业生产的需要,所以选 择总体布局方案一为推荐方案。 针对总体布局方案一,根据本工程设计船型,提出了两个码头总平面布置方案: 方案一(长平台连片式方案)和方案二(短平台方案)。分析两方案各自的优缺点,确定码 头平面布置方案一为最佳方案。 对化工品装卸工艺、液化烃装船工艺及装卸区布置等码头液体散货装卸工艺提出 了合理的方案。 配套码头平面布置推荐方案一,提出两个结构方案:码头为非等高连接的结构方 案 A 和码头为等高连接的结构方案 B,并分析比较两者的优缺点,确定结构方案 A 为 最佳结构方案。 通过经济评价和社会影响评价,可以看出本工程经济收益率较高,项目效益较好, 还有利于改善连云港地区的投资环境,满足社会经济发展的物质运输需求,增加就业 机会,增加职工收入,促进社会稳定。 关键词:液体散货,平面布置,装卸工艺,结构方案,可行性研究ii Feasibility Investigation on Project of Liquid Bulk Cargo Berth in Lianyungang Qiu Yuzhou (Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering) Directed by Professor Li Chuanxian Abstract According to the master plan of the port and the construction scheme of breakwater and waterway, two kinds of overall layout are proposed for the liquid bulk cargo berth in Lianyungang. In the first one, the berth is proposed to arrange in the second harbor basin; in the other, the berth is proposed to arrange in the sixth harbor basin. The first overall layout is the recommended program considering that it can’t be affected by the construction of breakwater, and will be built quickly to meet the need of industrial production in the rear. According to the first overall layout and the design vessel type, two kinds of berth general layout are proposed: one is long platform and the other is short platform. Through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the two alternatives, the first general layout is determined to be an optimal solution. Reasonable solution is proposed for loading and unloading process of liquid bulk cargo including chemicals and liquefied hydrocarbon. Two structure solutions are proposed in the first general layout. The structure of the berth is non-contoured in solution A. On the contrary, it is contoured in solution B. Through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the two alternatives, the solution A is determined to be an optimal solution. Through the economic evaluation and social impact assessment,it can be seen that the economic yield and benefit of the project is high. It is beneficial to improve the investment environment in Lianyungang area and meet the transport needs of substance. What’s more, it can also increase employment opportunities and the income of workers, and promote social stability.
