II 报告题目:甘肃樊八十二增放空伴生气回收利用工程可行性研究 专 业:石油与天然气工程 硕 士 生:李学森(签名) 导 师:邓志安(签名) 白俊生(签名) 摘要 在原油开采的过程中会产生大量的伴生气。油田伴生气与原油同样是价值很高的不 可再生资源,具有非常高利用价值和可观的经济效益,但由于受到技术手段的制约,加之 在油田开采过程中伴生气相对难以控制,很大一部分伴生气被排空或烧掉。 然而大量放空或焚烧对环境的破坏和污染却是非常严重的。由于伴生气是一种易燃 易爆气体,其排放对油田油区的生产作业形成了安全隐患,并对长期接触的员工健康造 成伤害。因此有必要减少或杜绝排放并有效地回收和利用油田伴生气。 随着国家对能源开采过程中所造成的环境污染以及能源浪费治理整顿力度的加大, 合理回收利用此类石油伴生气己是当务之急,也必将是国内能源长期持久发展的一个必 然趋势,所以石油伴生气净化回收工艺与装置的开发和设计有着广泛的应用前景。 本文正是根据油田生产的需要,对甘肃樊八十二区块的放空伴生气回收这一工程进 行可行性研究,并最终论证,此放空伴生气回收利用工程是可行的。 关键词:原油开采;油田伴生气;原油;环境污染英文摘要 III Subject :Gansu Fan eighty-two by venting associated gas recovery and utilization project feasibility study Speciality:Petroleumand Natural Gas Engineering Name: Li Xuesen(signature) Instructor:Deng Zhian(signature) Bai Junsheng(signature) ABSTRACT In the process of crude oil exploration will generate a lot of associated gas.Oilfield associated gas and crude oil is also a high-value non-renewable resources, with a very high utility value and considerable economic benefits, but because of restricted by technical means, coupled with the oil exploration process associated gas is relatively difficult to control, with a large part of anger is vented or burned. However, a large number of vent or burn damage to the environment and pollution is very serious. Because of the associated gas is a flammable and explosive gas, the discharge of oil field oil production form the safe hidden trouble, and harm the long-term exposure to workers health. So it is necessary to reduce or eliminate emissions and effectively recycling and utilization of associated gas in the oil field. As the state in the process of energy production caused by the increase of environment pollution and energy waste regulation and strength, reasonable recycling such oil associated gas is the top priority, will also is an inevitable trend in the development of domestic energy lasting for a long time, so the oil associated gas purification recovery technology and device has broad application prospect of the development and design. This article is based on oil production needs, Gansu Fan eighty-two block venting associated gas recovery feasibility study for this project, and ultimately demonstrate, this venting of associated gas recycling project is feasible.
