进入新时期,我国对传统文化发展给予高度重视,并把传承和弘扬中华传统文 化作为一项重大战略任务。传统文化的传承和发展关键在传承人的培养。对于身处 苏州刺绣发源地和主要产地,服务于当地刺绣产业发展的 ZH 刺绣协会来说,加强刺 绣人才培养是 ZH 刺绣产业实现新时期跨越发展的重要保障。因此,对 ZH 刺绣协会 人才培训和开发的研究具有很强的现实意义。 本文系统地研究了 ZH 刺绣协会人才培训与开发问题。首先,依据人力资源培训 管理理论,对相关的理论和研究实践进行了文献综述,提出了本文研究的理论框架。 其次,运用实证研究的方法,对 ZH 刺绣协会的人力资源和培训现状进行分析。随后, 运用问卷调查法研究 ZH 刺绣协会人才培训的需求,剖析了 ZH 刺绣协会人才培训和 开发中的优势和缺陷。然后,在上述研究基础上,基于平台思维构建了以学习地图 为主要内容的 ZH 刺绣协会人才培训体系方案,揭示了刺绣专业人才培训开发如师傅 带徒弟、跨界交流研讨等的一般规律。最后,针对 ZH 刺绣协会人才培训体系的优化 提出保障运行的措施。 本文研究旨在通过对 ZH 刺绣协会的人才培训与开发问题的研究,为国粹苏绣文 化的传承和发展提供人才保障及其开发对策,同时对其他传统文化行业的人才培训 和开发提供管理借鉴。 关键词:平台思维 行业协会 培训体系 学习地图II 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 Abstract Since the 18th National Congress, the government give great importance to the development of traditional culture, at the same time, Inheriting and carrying forward Chinese traditional culture as a major strategic task in the new era. The key to the promotion and inheritance of traditional culture is the cultivation of inheritors. ZH Embroidery association, located in the birthplace and main producing area of Suzhou embroidery, the main function is serving the development of the local embroidery industry. To make ZH embroidery industry to achieve leapfrog development in the new era, strengthen the cultivation of embroidery talents is the key method. Therefore, the research on the training and development of talents in the ZH Embroidery Association has a strong practical meaning. This thesis studies the problem of talent training and development system construction of ZH Embroidery Association. First, according to the training theory, using the method of empirical research, analyze the human resources and training of the ZH Embroidery Association. Secondly, using the survey method to analyze the needs of the talent training of the ZH Embroidery Association, and study the advantages, disadvantage and characteristics of the training and development of the ZH Embroidery Association. Once again, based on the above research, the author summarizes the construction plan of the ZH embroidery association talent training system based on the platform thinking and drawing the learning map. Finally, measures to ensure the operation of the ZH Embroidery Association talent training system. This thesis aims to study the talent training and development of the ZH Embroidery Association. Providing countermeasures for talent cultivation for the inheritance and development of Suzhou embroidery culture. At the same time, it may provide reference for talent training and development in other traditional cultural industries.
