随着国家“一带一路”对外合作战略的深入实施,中国与“一带一路”沿线国家 的交流合作将越来越密切,尤其在与沿线国家基础设施互联互通建设与投资方面,存 在着巨大的市场需求和合作空间。电力装备制造行业作为“一带一路”基础设施互联 互通建设涉及的重要领域,未来将面临着新的战略发展机遇和挑战。 本文以一家成长型电力装备制造企业——ZKBF 公司作为研究对象,聚焦企业国 际化的战略问题研究。针对企业在国际化战略制定和实施过程中存在的问题,结合当 前“一带一路”背景,对企业战略管理中涉及的战略环境分析、战略选择和制定、战 略实施和保障等各个环节进行系统研究,提出了有针对性的企业国际化战略实施的对 策和建议,为企业更好抓住战略机遇期实现更快发展,有着强烈的现实和指导意义, 并对同行业企业在“一带一路”背景下有效实施国际化战略提供借鉴。 本文主要采用文献研究法、调研访谈法、归纳演绎法等研究方法,综合运用战略 管理相关理论和工具,诸如波特五力模型、PEST 分析法和 SWOT 分析法等,根据企 业国际化战略及企业战略管理相关理论,对企业的内部资源能力、外部行业和宏观环 境进行系统分析,并对企业发展态势进行综合研判,创造性地在“一带一路”背景下 开展企业国际化战略研究,具有一定的创新性。 关键词:一带一路;电力装备;国际化战略II ABSTRACT With the further implementation of “The Belt and Road”strategy for foreign cooperation, China will have increasingly closer contact and cooperation with the countries along the belt and road , especially in terms of telecommunications infrastructure construction and investment, where there emerges a large market demand and much room for cooperation. The power equipment manufacturing industry - as one of the most significant areas involved in the telecommunications infrastructure construction-will face with a new round of new chances and challenges for strategy development. ZKBF company, which is a developing enterprise for power equipment manufacturing , is taken as research object.Focusing on the strategic issues of internationalization of enterprises. In view of the problems existing in the formulation and implementation of international strategy, combined with the current background of one belt and one road, this thesis systematically studies strategic environmental analysis, strategic choice and formulation, strategy implementation and guarantee, and puts forward the implementation of targeted internationalization strategy. The countermeasures and suggestions are of great practical and guiding significance for enterprises to better grasp the strategic opportunities and achieve faster development, and provide reference for the same industry enterprises to effectively implement the international strategy under the background of one belt and one road. The methodologies employed in the essay include the literature review, investigation & interview and the inductive deduction analysis, while the theories and methods are relevant to strategy management, such as Potter’s five strength models, PEST and SWOT. According to the theory of enterprise internationalization and the theory of enterprise strategic management, this thesis makes a systematic analysis of the internal resource capability, external industry and macro environment of the enterprise, and makes a comprehensive judgement on the development trend of the enterprises. It is innovative to carry out the research on the internationalization of enterprises under the background of one belt and one road creatively.
