I 社会公益组织孵化器网络虚拟化的可行性研究 ——以苏州沧浪公益组织孵化园为例 中文摘要 当前，随着中国社会的发展，许多地区开始引入社会公益组织孵化器作为培育社 会组织、发展公民社会的新机制。然而由于受到政策限制、资源欠缺等因素的影响， 其作用往往不能得到很有效的发挥。互联网作为一种能超越地域和时间限制、有效整 合资源的新型工具，如果能与公益组织孵化器相结合，应用到社会组织的培育中，无 疑能很好地促进社会组织的发展。 基于此，本文从概括和总结社会公益组织孵化器的相关概念出发，了解孵化器、 社会公益组织孵化器、虚拟孵化器的相应内涵，分析国内社会公益组织孵化器的发展 现状、存在的问题。以苏州沧浪公益组织孵化园为例，从政策、资源、操作三个方面 来论证建立社会公益组织网络虚拟孵化器的可行性，并在此基础上给出相应的实现方 案。 关键词，公益组织孵化器 网络 虚拟 可行性研究 作 者，王晓旦 指导老师，汪 萍英文摘要 社会公益组织孵化器网络虚拟化的可行性研究——以苏州沧浪公益组织孵化园为例 II Feasibility research of NPO incubator network virtualization ——Taking Suzhou Canglang NPO Incubator Park as an example Abstract At present, as Chinese society develops, NPO incubators are introduced in many regions, to foster social organizations and develop civil society. However, due to policy limitation and resources shortage, its role often can't be effectively played of. As a new tool, the internet, which can eliminate the limit of space and time, and effectively integrate the resources, if can be used in cultivating social organizations with NPO incubators, it is no doubt that the social organizations can be well promoted. Based on this, this paper tries to summarize the related concepts of NPO Incubator, understand the content of incubator, NPO incubator and virtual incubator, and analyze present situation of C hina's NPO incubators. Then, by taking Suzhou Canglang NPO Incubator Park as an example, this paper tries to explore the feasibility of NPO incubator network virtualization from three aspects: policies, resources and operating, and last put forwards the corresponding program.
