随着大数据的兴起,大数据产业已经成为经济增长新的制高点。目前关于大 数据的相关研究大多聚焦于技术领域,有关大数据商业价值的研究较少。同时, 国内外对于大数据价值研究的论文也大多集中在定性分析方面,很少有对大数据 价值评估进行量化分析的研究,导致大数据这种特殊商品交易价格的模糊。同时 大数据的特征决定了很少有企业能独自完成大数据收集、储存、数据清洗以及利 用创新,因此,接力创新这一模式可以更好的挖掘大数据价值。只有对接力创新 中大数据的价值评估进行定量分析,才能顺利的完成接力创新这一过程,最大化 的挖掘和实现大数据的商业价值。 本文在参考国内外有关大数据以及接力创新等方面最新研究成果基础上,结 合接力创新中企业创新机制中相关影响因素以及影响方式,通过运用韦伯分布函 数构建企业创新概率分布函数。将创新成果类比为实物期权,运用 Black-Scholes 期权定价模型建立创新成果期权价值模型。最后,将接力创新中大数据价值评估 关联为接力创新中通过创新获取的收益增长,综合两个模型构建接力创新中大数 据价值评估定量分析模型,并利用相关案例和仿真算法对结果进行了验证。文章 主要包括三大部分,首先,对大数据价值的孵化机制、企业创新成功概率以及 Black-Scholes 期权定价模型进行分析研究,论证了接力创新中大数据价值评估定 量分析研究的可行性;其次,总结了影响企业创新成功的相关因素,利用韦伯分 布函数构建了企业创新成功的概率模型;并将创新成果视为实物期权,利用期权 定价模型建立了创新成果的期权价值模型;然后,基于企业创新成功概率模型以 及创新成果期权定价模型,再此基础上综合大数据研发过程中投入的资本,构建 出接力创新中大数据价值评估的定量分析模型;并运用案例以及计算机仿真算法 对模型进行了验证。最后,本文从相关细节方面对接力创新中大数据价值评估定 量分析的相关建议,并就本文的研究结论和展望做出进一步的总结和阐述。 关键词,大数据;接力创新;Black-Scholes 期权定价模型;韦 伯分布函数iii ABSTRACT With the rise of big data, big data industry has become a new commanding high point of economic growth. At present, most researches on big data focus on the technical field, and few researches on the business value of big data. At the same time, most of the papers on the value of big data at home and abroad are concentrated on qualitative analysis. There are few studies on the quantitative analysis of the value of big data, which leads to the ambiguity of the transaction price of special commodities such as big data. The characteristics of big data determine that few enterprises can independently complete the collection, storage, data cleaning and innovation of big data. Therefore, the relay innovation model can better explore the value of big data. Only by quantitatively analyzing the value evaluation of big data in “relay innovation” can the “relay innovation” process be successfully completed, and the commercial value of big data can be maximized and realized. Based on the latest research results of big data and relay innovation at home and abroad, this paper combines the relevant influencing factors and influence modes of enterprise innovation mechanism in “relay innovation” to construct enterprise innovation probability distribution function by using Weibull function. The innovation results are compared to real options, and the B-S option pricing model is used to establish the innovation result option value model. Finally, the “relay innovation” big data value assessment is associated with the “relay innovation” gains through innovation, and the two models are combined to build a “relay innovation” big data value assessment quantitative analysis model. This article mainly includes three parts: Firstly, it analyzes and studies the incubation mechanism of big data, the probability of innovation , the B-S option pricing model and demonstrates the feasibility of quantitative analysis of big data value evaluation in “relay innovation”. Secondly, the related factors affecting the success of innovation are summarized. The Weibull function is used to construct the probability model of enterprise innovation success. The innovation result is regarded as real option, and the option value model is used to establish the option value model of innovation results. Then, based on the enterprise innovation success probability model and the innovation result option pricing model, and then based on the capital invested in the big data research and development process, construct a quantitative analysis model of the big data value evaluation in the “relay innovation”; and use the case and computer simulation algorithm the model was verified. Finally, this paper proposes quantitative analysis of the value assessment of big data in relay innovation from the perspective of relevant details, and further summarizes and elaborates the research conclusions and prospects of this paper.
