随着新技术的引进与不断改良,3D 打印技术已在多个领域有了应用,并取 得了丰硕的成果。该项数字技术通过使用数字软件和特定的材料,将物体繁杂的 形状直接打印出来。通过对 3D 打印的企业、高校等调研,阐述 3D 打印技术良 好的发展趋势,技术优势及良好的发展趋势为 3D 打印技术应用于新领域奠定了 技术基础。本文主要致力于对 3D 打印技术应用于文物复制的可行性研究,从政 策可行性与技术可行性来论证。政策可行性体现在对国家级、省部级发布的有关 文物保护的政策研究,在政策及法律法规上对文物保护的支持,说明文物保护的 迫切性及高科技介入的必要性;技术可行性体现在 3D 打印技术结合三维扫描和 三维建模技术,按需打印,复制精确,无需组装,零技能制造,减少废弃副产品, 从而降低成本,有利于保护文物和复制文物。3D 打印技术应用于文物复制能效 性主要体现在成品率高、仿真度高、耗时少、成本低。本文运用 3D 打印技术打 印复制古籍书页,并测试 3D 打印印版的印刷适性,印出古籍复制页实物,结合 国家政策为 3D 打印技术在文物复制领域的应用提供一定的思路和研究。 关键词,3D 打印技术;文物复制;印刷适性II ABSTRACT With the introduction and continuous improvement, 3D printing technology has been applied in many fields with lots of outstanding achievements. The digital technology could print out the objects which are complex shaped directly, by using the digital software and specific materials. After the research on enterprises, universities and other agencies in 3D printing, come up the favorable development trend, technological advantages and good development trend of 3D printing technology which is in the new field of technical basis. This paper focus on the feasibility of 3D printing technology used in the cultural replication, demonstrate the feasibility in policy and technical. Studying on the feasibility of the policy, including policy relating to conservation of national provincial released, the conservation laws and regulations in terms of policy support from the side shows the urgency of conservation, as well as the involvement of high-tech companies need to 3D printing, universities and other research, explained its good development trend; technically feasible reflect that 3D printing technology with three-dimensional scanning technology and three-dimensional modeling, the advantages of being able to break the traditional method which can reduce the cost, do not assemble, print on demand, help to protect cultural relics, needs no manufacturing skills, reduce waste by-products, exact replication entity. 3D printing technology in the cultural replication of energy efficiency is mainly reflected in the high-yield, high simulation, time-consuming, low cost. The use of simulation print copy ancient book, and test 3D printed plate printability, ancient copy pages printed, and provide some research ideas for 3D printing technology used in the field of cultural replication.
