中国改革开放已有数十年。众所周知,施工行业在国内的发展已经走过了黄 金时代,国内的建筑市场已经开始走向饱和状态,竞争已经白热化。在这样一个 中国国情下,国家大力倡导“一带一路”建设,带动企业积极走出去,给诸多困 境中的施工企业带来了新的希望。放眼全球,经济全球化的趋势势不可挡。中国 施工企业,包括江西施工企业,走出去已有数十年历史。国内施工企业在国际建 筑市场所面临的问题也日益突出,很多施工企业在国外面临水土不服的尴尬局面。 因此,制定一套系统的海外发展战略已经迫在眉睫。 本文以江西 JYCC 公司海外业务的发展为研究对象,通过查阅大量的国内外 文献,应用 PESTEL、SWOT 等战略管理的理论和研究方法,结合 JYCC 在海外事业 发展过程中的外部环境和企业内部实际情况,为 JYCC 拟定了一套适合其自身海 外业务发展的系统战略。 本文对战略管理的研究对企业发展至关重要。在十余年的走出去过程中,诸 多因素制约着 JYCC 公司的海外业务发展,与省内同行类企业的差距越拉越大。 JYCC 公司海外业务发展战略研究对江西乃至中国的施工企业自身的转型升级以 及在海外建筑市场的发展有一定的借鉴作用。 关键词:海外业务,国内施工企业,发展战略研究II Abstract There have been decades for Reform and Opening Up in China. As is universally known, the development of construction industry has undergone the Golden Peak in China. The domestic construction market is under the circumstance of saturation and the competition is rather overheated. Under such national conditions, the Chinese government is vigorously promoting the policy of “One Belt and One Road”, encouraging the enterprises to go out and ringing a new hope for a sea of the construction companies which are in a tight corner. To take a global outlook, the trend of economic globalization is inexorable. Furthermore, the Chinese construction companies, including that in Jiangxi, have a history of decades of going out. The problems that the Chinese construction companies face in the international market are increasingly prominent. In all, a lot of the Chinese construction companies are not accustomed to the overseas market. Hence, a system theory of the overseas development strategy is quiet urgent. Taking the overseas development of JYCC as an empirical study and after consulting a large number of the domestic and international literature, this paper applies the strategic management theory and method like PESTEL, SWOT and so on, combining the external environment and internal conditions of JYCC during the overseas market development, and therefore designs a systematical strategy of the overseas market development fit for JYCC. The study of strategic management in this thesis is central to the development of the enterprise. In the process of the last decade of “Going Out”, many factors restrict the overseas market expansion of JYCC, resulting in the increasing gap to the other peer enterprises. The study towards the overseas business strategy of JYCC has a reference effect on Chinese enterprise transformation and upgrading including that of Jiangxi and the development of the overseas construction market.
