论文题目:XTEC设计院技术人员薪酬方案研究 专业:工商管理 学员姓名:程功利学员签名 导师姓名:杨水利教授导师签名 答辩日期:2008年9月 摘要 随着经济的增长!社会的进步和知识经济时代的来临,通信勘察设计领域知识型 员工对企业的发展产生了决定性的作用,对知识型员工的有效激励也就成了人力资源 管理的核心 在整个人力资源管理制度中,健全的薪酬管理制度是吸引!激励!发展与留住人 才最有力的工具无论是提供良好的经营管理机制,还是广阔的个人发展空间,公平! 合理和富有竞争力的薪酬管理制度绝对是不可或缺的在人才竞争日趋激烈的情况 下,企业设计科学合理的薪酬管理制度,吸引并留住发展所需的人才,最大限度的调 动员工的积极性和创造性,是企业长远发展战略中的一项重要工作最近十多年来, 中国电信业是国内发展最快的行业之一,XTEC设计院的营业收入更是逐年上升,但由 于受计划经济的影响,设计院的薪酬体制和用人机制长期以来沿用传统国有企业的相 关制度,薪酬体制的发展一直滞后于设计院的发展为此,我们急需从理论上对分配 制度的改革加以说明和论证,只有深入!系统地对薪酬体系进行研究及科学合理地设 计技术人员的薪酬方案,才能保证技术人员的工作投入得到合理的回报,由此带来更 高的工作效率,进而保证并促进设计院健康!可持续的发展 论文紧密结合设计院的客观实际,从现有的薪酬方案入手,对设计院技术人员薪 酬状况进行了认真分析,明确指出了现行薪酬体系存在的问题及对设计院实现战略目 标的影响,结合相关的薪酬理论以及薪酬制度的发展趋势,按照薪酬方案设计的流程, 以工作分析为基础,用岗位评价方法对技术人员进行岗位评价,并以此作为薪酬体系 设计的基础,提出符合激励技术人员的薪酬设计原则,综合考虑影响薪酬策略的内外 部因素,制定技术人员的薪酬策略,设计出科学合理!具有公平性及激励性的全面薪 酬体系,论文最后探讨了设计院技术人员薪酬方案配套措施论文力求理论联系实际, 增强方案的针对性,对于设计院技术人员的薪酬管理具有一定的可操作性,对于同行 业设计院技术人员的薪酬管理具有一定的参考价值 =关键词>薪酬方案技术人员岗位评价 =论文类型>应用研究Abstraet Title:Researehonthetechniealstaff,5salaryschemeoftheXTEC DesigningInstitute Major:Businessadministration Author:ChengGongli 几tor:YangShul RePlyDate:2008.09 Signature: Signature: AbstraCt Withtheeeonomiegrowth,soeialProgressandtheadventoftheeraofknowledge eeonomy,Knowledge一basedstaffofthedeveloPmenthasadeeisiveroleinthefieldof eommunieationsurveyanddesign,knowledge一basedstaffoftheineentivewillbeeome effeetivemodernhumanresoureesmanagementattheeore.
