我国是一个发展中国家,虽然整体交通运输业有了长足的发展,但我国 疆域辽阔,人口众多,资源分布不均,各地区经济发展也极为不平衡,有些 地区至今还没有现代化交通工具,需要通过铁路长途运输大宗货物。加上我 国目前正处于前工业化时期,因此,铁路运输仍是我国的主要伪运输方式, 它将继续发挥骨干作用,作为铁路整个运输过程中一个重要的环节—铁路货场作业,也将发挥重要作用。货场是铁路车站的组成部分,是铁路组织货 物运输的基层生产单位。长期以来货场未能得到相应的重视,货场改建工作 滞后,导致我国铁路货场设备相对落后,从而出现了所谓“消化能力”不足, 货场己经成为制约铁路整体运输能力的瓶颈。 为了更好地适应经济的发展的需求,服务社会,方便用户,保证产品安 全、快捷的运输至目的地,货场急需改建转型。 本文针对以上情况,从物流环境分析开始,讲述现在市场上物流业的发 展情况,并就货场对本地区的吸引范围内的物流需求做了预测。然后对把货 场改建成多元型货场、现代化仓储基地、配送中心、综合性物流园区和综合 性批发市场等五种分别做了竞争力评价,各种方案都有其实行的利弊,考虑 货场所处的社会经济、交通地理环境的基础上,对各种方案进行对比,进行 方案选择,并对选择方案进行投资估算、资金筹措、财务评价和国民经济评 价。最后,以成都西货场发展战略及可行性研究作为案例进行分析,来说明 铁路货场建设物流园区的可行性。 关镇词:货场:物流园区;经济评价;可行性研究西南交通大学硕士研究生学位报告第日页 Abstraet AlthoughthewholetransPortationindustryeontainssubstantial develoPment,oureountry15adeveloPingeount以thearea15broad,densely PoPulated,andtheresoureesdistribution15notwellbalaneed.Andeeonomie develoPmentinsomearea15extremelyunbalaneed.There15notmodemtraffie toolsinsomeregions,50it15neeessarytouserailwaytransPortationinthese regions.Nowoureountry15beingPre一industrializedPeriod,50therailway transPortation15stillthePrimarytransPortationinoureountry,anditwill eontributetotheeeonomies.AsoneoftheimPortantrailwaytransPortation Processes,therailway一stallalsomakesimPortantfunetion.FUrthermore,the railway一stall15thePartofrailwaystation,andalsobeingthebasieunitinthe railwayfreighttransPortation.W己havenottakentherailway一stallintoaceouat forlongtime,50therailway一stalleonstruetiondeveloPedslowly.Thatleadsto therelativelylaggardequiPmentintherailway一stalls,anditturnsuPthe Phenomenon:the50一ealled‘digestivePowershortage’.Andtherailway一stalls havebeenthebottleneekofdeveloPingthewholerailwaytransPortationeapacity.
