,绩效管理是企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分和核心问题。人力资源 管理的好坏,都反映在绩效管理方面。对于绩效管理的不断强化、绩效意识的逐 步提高和绩效管理水平的螺旋式攀升,是企业为实现自身的战略目标而努力的过 程,也是企业发展的战略性工具。 绩效管理在企业的发展过程中,起着举足轻重的作用,绩效管理水平的高低, 直接关系到公司生产经营成果的好坏。作者长期在电力系统工作,对供电企业的 生产经营和绩效管理非常熟悉。本文从绩效管理理论、研究方法等入手,对 z 供 电公司绩效管理的现状进行梳理和分析,找出公司在绩效管理中存在的不足和问 题,通过存在问题的原因分析,提出为促进公司的健康、持续发展,必须要对绩 效管理进行改进,通过分析可行性,从绩效管理的理念、流程、方法、模式等提 出了改进的措施和建议。 绩效管理的改进,涉及到利益的调整,在提出改进绩效管理的同时,对改进 对策可能遇到的问题及效果进行了分析,同时对存在的问题提出了解决办法。绩 效管理的改进是一个长期、持续的过程,随着企业、社会的发展,绩效管理也在 不断完善创新,以适应发展的需要。 供电公司通过绩效管理的改进,不断提高企业的绩效管理水平,促进企业目 标的实现。 关键词,绩效管理,绩效探讨,绩效改进III Discussion of Improvement Program for Performance Management of Z-Power Company Business Administration Postgraduate,Li Qiao Instructor,Wang Jing Abstract,Performance management is an important part and the core issues of human resource management for an enterprise. The quality of human resource management, are reflected in the performance management. To continue to strengthen performance management, gradually raise performance awareness and spiraling performance management levels, are the process to achieve the strategic business goals, as well as a strategic tool for business development of an enterprise. Performance management in the development process of an enterprise, plays a pivotal role, the level of performance management is directly related to the quality of production and business results of the enterprise. The author long-term works in a power system, Is very familiar with the electricity production and operations and performance management. In this paper, with performance management theory, research methods and other aspects, the author sorted out and analyzed the performance management status of Z-Power Company, identified deficiencies and problems existing in the performance management of the company. Through the reason analyzing of the existing problems, proposed that performance management must be improved to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company. By analyzing the feasibility, proposed improvement measures and recommendations for the company from the angles of performance management concepts, processes, methods, models and so on. Improvement of performance management involves adjustment of interests. While suggestions for improvement of performance management, the improvement may encounter problems and countermeasures effects were analyzed, and proposed solutions for the problems. Improvement of performance management is a long, ongoingIV process, with the development of business, society, innovation, performance management is constantly being improved to meet the needs of development. Through improved performance management, constantly raising the level of performance management, the Power Company promoted the realization of enterprise goals.
