针对目前淡水资源的生态性失衡,本文以闽南城市居住区为载体,“再造湿 地”为核心,探索人居环境可持续发展的新规划建设途径,提出再造湿地和居 住区功能一体化的模式。“一体化”研究是个量大面广的课题,笔者主要从宏观、 中观和微观三个层面对其可行性进行分析。 本文的研究工作主要分三部分, 第一部分,宏观层面,通过闽南地区湿地和居住区的共生案例的分析,普 遍结合特殊,说明湿地和居住区在现实人居环境中可以共存共生。第二部分, 中观层面,在宏观分析的基础上,提出和分析功能一体化的构成,说明一体化 在理论上的可行。第三部分,微观层面,从技术、经济、开发模式三个方面进 行分析,进一步论证一体化在实际建设上的可行。 一体化可行性研究,对再造湿地融入居住区建设及推动居住区规划模式的 转变有一定的理论指导意义,有助于在城市居住环境中推广一体化,从而促进 人居环境的生态文明建设。 关键词,闽南 再造湿地 居住区 功能一体化III Abstract At present, in view of the ecological imbalance of water resources, this paper takes urban residential areas of Southern Fujian as an investigative carrier, Reconstituted Wetlands as the core, explores new planning and construction way for the sustainable development of human settlement environment, and puts forward the model of functional integration of reconstituted wetland and residential areas.The Integration is a large and complex topic, the author mainly analyzes its feasibility from three levels : the macro, middle and micro level. This paper is mainly divided into three parts : PartⅠ: On the macro level, through the analysis of symbiosis case of wetlands and residential area in Southern Fujian ,where common phenomenon combine with special ones, it suggests that residential area and wetlands can be symbiosis in the macro environment. PartⅡ: On the middle level, Based on the macroscopic analysis ,the composition of the functional integration is proposed and researched,which shows in theory that the Integration is feasible. PartⅢ: On the micro level, we analyze the integration of theory and mode from three aspects: technical, economic and development mode, and further demonstrates the feasibility of the integration is feasible in actual construction. The feasibility study on Functional Integration has theoretical guiding significance for reconstituted wetland integrated into the construction of residential areas and the transformation of the mode of residential area planning, and promotes the ecological civilization of human settlement environment.
