本文根据霍林河南露天煤矿的具体条件,为了不断地提高矿山经 济效益和矿山改扩建的技术经济效益,结合目前霍林河南露天煤矿的 实际情况提出了霍林河南露天煤矿部分剥离物应用半连续工艺的研 究课题。 该课题着重以霍林河南露天煤矿改扩建以后达产年(2008年) 为典型矿山工程状态,建立了霍林河南露天煤矿地质模型和采矿优化 设计模型。并在此基础上,应用计算机模型对霍林河南露天煤矿的开 采工艺问题进行了研究。研究是以最大限度利用各种工艺之优势及半 连续工艺目前在霍林河南露天煤矿应用的必要性和技术上的可行性 为前提的。 报告深入研究了部分剥离物采用半连续工艺与单斗一一卡车开 采工艺及其比较问题。 研究结果表明,半连续工艺在霍林河矿区生产、技术上是可行的; 有一定的应用范围,其经济效益优于单斗—卡车工艺。 关键词:半连续工艺采矿优化设计技术经济可行性研究辽宁丁程技术人学下程硕卜学位报告 Abstraet BasedontheaetualeonditionsofHuolinheSouthoPen一Pitmine andtoimProvetheeconomiebenefitofthemineanditsteehnique economyaftertheresearehProblemofaPPlyingsemi一eontinuous m1ningteehnologytopartofthest一iPPedsubstaneeatHuolinheSouth oPen一Pitmine.
