能源是一个国家经济发展的重要基础,是可持续发展的关键,受到世界各国 的高度重视。我国是发展中国家,又是能源消耗大国,能源问题显得尤为突出。 在能源消费过程中,产生的环境问题也日趋严重。我国在能源使用问题上面临着 经济增长与环境保护的双重压力,能源结构优化受到政府高度重视。 地热资源既是一种清洁能源,同时又是一种具有医疗保健等多种用途的资 源,伴随人民生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视生活质量与健康水平的提高,地 热资源的保健功效引起广泛关注。但如果地热资源没有得到充分利用,对地热资 源采取掠夺式、盲目式地开采,地热能浪费严重,那么就无法体现地热资源的优 势。因此,实现环保、节能、一水多用、梯级综合利用的地热利用等科学的综合 利用地热资源方式,使之有效地服务于经济建设和改善人民生活,以提高市政服 务能力,达到促进旅游业的稳步发展和招商引资的顺利进行是当务之急。 本文分析了地热资源的开发与利用现状,论述了开发地热资源的有效措施。 对宁城县某度假区地热资源综合利用项目进行了方案设计。通过计算和评价,确 定采用地热、温泉供水工艺,以及地热供暖和温泉管网供水的综合利用方案,并 对所做的设计方案进行了投资估算与财务评估。 研究表明:针对宁城地区寒冷的气候条件、丰富的地热水资源条件以及当前 地热利用情况 ,最终采取合理开发、综合利用、统筹规划实施的方式在经济和 技术上是可行的;同时,采用这种方案,有利于当地的经济发展和环境的改善, 将会对社会带来巨大的经济效益。 关键词 地热,供暖,综合利用,可行性分析ABSTRACT Energy is the important element for the economic development of a country, and also the key to the sustainable development. Due to these reasons, it is highly valued by many countries. China is a developing country, and also a big energy-consuming country, so the energy problem is very urgent. In the process of energy consuming, the environmental problem is getting worse. We are facing the stress of economic growth and environment protection, the economic structure optimization is being given highly attention. The geothermal heat resource is a clean resource, and a resource of some functions such as health care as well. With the increasing of people's living standard, people take the quality of life and health level more important. So, the health caring function of geothermal heat resource arouse more and more attentions. If the geothermal heat resource did not get proper use, but is being explored predatory and blindly, the waste of energy is severe, and the advantage of geothermal heat cannot be embodied. So, to realize the environment protect, energy saving, water multi-application, multistep application of the using methods of geothermal heat resource, make it more suitable to economic construction and increasing of people's living standard in order to improve the ability of municipal services and improve the steady development of tourism and the smooth conduct of investment. This paper analyzes the development of geothermal resources and utilization of the status quo, discusses the development of geothermal resources of effective measures. Carried out a series of design projects on utilization of geothermal resources on a resort in Ningcheng. Through the calculation and evaluation, to determine the use of geothermal, hot water supply process, as well as geothermal heating and hot water supply pipe network utilization program, and made the design of programs to estimate the investment and financial assessment. Study shows that: In view of Ningcheng in cold climatic conditions, rich geothermal water resource conditions and the current utilization of geothermal energy, and ultimately to take reasonable development and utilization, the implementation of overall planning in the economic and technically feasible; At the same time, the use of this kinds of programs, is conducive to local economic development and improving the environment, will generate huge economic benefits for society.
