摘要 随着中国社会的发展，对外交流活动的数量每天均在提高。在活动中，为达 到更好理解以及准确传达信息这一目标，需要高质量的翻译服务。译员，作为翻 译服务的实施者，应当具有扎实的双语能力、翻译任何材料均应细致入微，同时 应具备强烈的责任心，从而提供高质量的翻译服务，并使客户满意。 在翻译中，因为错误难以避免，故而质量保证（质保）措施就显得特别重要。 质保措施可使翻译质量保持高水平。通常来说，一个翻译项目包含准备、翻译以 及审核阶段，而质保措施对所有阶段均有重要作用。 因此在本报告中，作者将对一汉译英翻译项目“越南海防二期《维护手册》” 中，质保措施在每一阶段的运用进行分析。通过该项目的具体事例，作者将介绍 并分析相关质保措施的使用与重要性。通过分析这一项目，作者希望帮助译员了 解系统化的翻译项目质保措施，并提高翻译质量。
