当前我国经济发展速度不断提高,尤其是进入知识经济时代。企业的竞争核 心不再是单纯的物质争夺,而是向人力资源转变,即人才逐渐成为影响当前市场 竞争的关键因素。但在目前我国民营企业在激励机制构建中还存在一定的问题。 员工的工作热情和潜在能力并没有真正发挥出来。激励机制问题直接影响员工的 参与热情、工作态度以及企业的未来发展。目前新能源战略转型使能源行业迎来 了前所未有的新机遇,吸引及培养优秀人才是企业发展的战略目标,如何最大化 激发人员的工作热情、主动性与创造性是企业实现长远进步的主要任务。 论文以 AD 集团公司为研究对象,从阐述激励和激励机制的发展趋势入手, 概述了国内外研究现状,并对 AD 集团公司员工激励机制现状进行介绍。设计员 工满意度调查问卷,了解员工内心对企业激励机制的满意情况,通过数据采集分 析,主要从薪酬管理、绩效考核、员工培训及企业文化四个方面进行人员的激励 需求研究。分析了现行的员工激励机制中存在的问题,找出了激励制度缺陷因素 的原因,并提出完善员工激励机制的对策建议和保障措施。 本文通过 AD 集团公司员工激励机制的问题研究,进一步完善集团公司激励 机制的构建。进而在 AD 集团中构建一支技术一流、工作效能高的高素质员工队 伍。同时,期望本论文研究更有利于指导 AD 集团公司员工薪酬福利、内部晋升、 考核培训等综合体系。以及对类似的民营企业提供参考。 关键字,AD 集团公司;激励机制;绩效考评;满意度 沈阳理工大学硕士学位论文Abstract At present, the speed of economic development in our country is constantly increasing, especially in the era of knowledge-based economy. The core of enterprise competition is no longer a simple material competition, but a shift to human resources, that is, talent has gradually become a key factor affecting the current market competition. But at present, there are still some problems in the construction of incentive mechanism for private enterprises in China. Employees'enthusiasm and potential abilities have not really been brought into play. The problem of incentive mechanism has a direct impact on employees'enthusiasm for participation, working attitude and the future development of enterprises. At present, the strategic transformation of new energy has brought unprecedented new opportunities to the energy industry. Attracting and cultivating excellent talents is the strategic goal of enterprise development. How to maximize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of personnel is the main task for enterprises to achieve long-term progress. This paper takes AD Group Company as the research object, starting with the development trend of incentive and incentive mechanism, summarizes the research status at home and abroad, and introduces the current situation of staff incentive mechanism in AD Group Company. Through data collection and analysis, this paper mainly studies the motivation needs of employees from four aspects: salary management, performance appraisal, staff training and corporate culture. This paper analyses the problems existing in the current staff incentive mechanism, finds out the reasons for the defects of the incentive system, and puts forward the optimization scheme and guarantee measures to improve the staff incentive mechanism. Through the research on the staff incentive mechanism of AD Group Company, this paper further improves the construction of the incentive mechanism of AD Group Company. Furthermore, we will build a high-quality staff team with first-class technology and high work efficiency in AD Group. At the same time, it is expected that this study will be more conducive to guiding the comprehensive system of salary and welfare, internal promotion, assessment and training of AD Group employees.
