本文运用项目可行性研究的一般理论和方法，结合民办紫金学 院的办学实践和扩建发展的新机遇，探讨了高等教育产业化的可行 性。 作者在对江苏省公有民办二级学院进行调研的基础上，针对紫 金学院引入社会投资者，实行教育股份制，建立董事会领导下的院 长负责制，采用民办的用人竞争机制等一系列问题展开研究。 在估算紫金学院扩建项目所需投资总量的基础上，提出资金筹 集方式，分析投资风险，对项目进行财务评价。得出了民办紫金学 院扩建是可行的结论，认为扩建可以获得较好的社会效益与经济效 益，且符合我国的高等教育产业发展方向。 关键词:民办学院教育产业化 可行性研究 南京理工大学硕士学位报告 硕士报告 民办紫金学院扩建的可行性研究 Abstract This paper apply the theory and method of project capability research, on the history of the Zijin college and it's development chance,study the capability of the high education. Author'study is based on research of the development of the second college in Jiangsu province，according to the Zijin college take in society investor, apply education share system, build under the board'college lead responsibility,take the pravite' employment compitity system,so on a serial problem'study. On the base of analysis of the amount of the Zijin college'investment, suggest the method of collect the capital,analysis the venture of investment, have project'finance research. the conclusion is private Zijin college'enlarge is capability,it'build have good society effective and economic effective, according to the policy of country' high education industry devolopment.
