I 摘要 当前,合流制溢流污染已经成为中国多半城市中老城区排水系统急需解决 的问题。投资建设调蓄池作为治理合流制溢流污染的一种有效措施,在国内外 很多城市获得越来越多的应用。 本文以天津市为例,根据五大道系统、上海道系统、电台道系统及大沽北路 系统四个排水系统的合流制系统溢流污染特点,在对现有排水设施分析评价的基 础上,采取源头控制、过程收集、末端处理的组合战略,以及工程措施与管理 措施相结合,提出技术先进、经济可行的综合解决方案,有效的解决天津市中心 城区合流制地区雨天溢流污染严重的顽疾,实现天津市排水系统服务功能的提 升,改善水体环境的质量,同时兼顾合流制区域防汛标准提高。 本文主要的研究内容:(1)通过对天津市合流制区域排水系统的诊断评估, 并且分析天津市排水系统的现状、存在的问题以及排水系统的规划,对调蓄池 拟建位置进行合理的选址。(2)对周围排水设施截流及处理能力进行调查,并结 合天津市近 30 年降雨资料和初期雨水水质特征分析,基于合流制排水系统设计 截流倍数的计算方式和《天津海绵城市建设技术导则》来计算雨水调蓄池的合理 容积。(3)通过对国内外设计理念、标准及成功工程案例调研,着重对调蓄池 的清洗、除臭等的工艺部分以及该调蓄池的运行模式进行设计论证。(4)对调蓄 池进行整体的工程设计,并对其进行经济评价。本文的研究成果为能够经济高效 的解决城区内涝及合流制溢流污染问题提供参考。 关键词,合流制溢流污染,调蓄池,排水系统,工艺设计ABSTACT II ABSTRACT At present, the combined system overflow pollution has become the most urgent problem in the drainage system of the old city in most cities of china. As an effective measure to control the combined system and overflow pollution, investment and construction of storage and regulating basins are gaining more and more application in many cities at domestic and abroad. Taking Tianjin city as an example, according to the center of the city five road system, Shanghai road system,radio system and North Dagu road system combined sewer overflow pollution characteristics of the system, based on the analysis and evaluation of existing drainage facilities on the source control, process of collecting, processing and terminal combination strategy, engineering measures and management measures. With integrated solutions economically feasible and advanced technology, to solve the problem of rain in downtown Tianjin confluence overflow pollution serious production area, the combined sewer overflow pollution control area, realize the function of the urban drainage system to enhance service, improve the quality of the water environment, taking into account the confluence area of flood control standards. The main research contents of this paper:(1) Through the diagnosis and evaluation of the drainage system in the confluence area of Tianjin City, this paper analyzes the present situation, the existing problems and the planning of the drainage system. (2)The closure and the processing capacity of around drainage facilities, combined with the analysis of Tianjin city water quality characteristics of rainfall and rain early for nearly 30 years, to calculate the reasonable volume of rainwater storage tank based on the calculation of combined design interception ratio of drainage system and the Tianjin city construction technical guidelines for the sponge.(3)Through the domestic and foreign design concepts, standards and successful project case study, focusing on the storage tank cleaning, deodorization, and other parts of the process and the operation mode of the storage tank design demonstration. (4) The overall engineering design and economic evaluation of the storage tank. The research results of this paper can provide a reference for the economic and efficient solution to the problem of urban waterlogging and overflow pollution.
