随着中国租赁行业的兴起,创立银行系金融租赁公司,不仅仅能够为银行自身 带来利益,帮助其在竞争市场中站稳脚跟促进其健康稳定发展;还能够为我国的租 赁行业注入新鲜血液,促进我国的金融市场的多元化。尽管银行系金融租赁公司优 势居多,但发展中出现产品种类,客户选择,产品结构等问题的同质化日趋严重, 融资与融物相结合是金融租金的资金运作形式也是其相较于其他的金融模式的特 殊性,一些看似平常的因素都会产生不可避免的信用风险,比如租金物价高、租期 长等。中国的银行系金融租赁公司创立时间偏晚,在业务发展差异化的发展和管控 仍然有上升的空间。因此,探究金融租赁公司的差异化刻不容缓。 本文通过案例分析法、统计分析法、比较分析法对一项较为新型的金融行业进 行阐述研究。首先界定金融租赁公司及同质化差异化的一般性理论,阐述在金融租 赁行业中存在同质化的主要表现及原因。指出金融租赁行业同质化发展表现在:产 品种类、产品结构和客户选择同质化三方面。以 A 金融租赁公司为例进行剖析,挖 掘 A 公司业务同质化的表现形式及产生的原因和影响。通过案例分析法、比较分析 法等方式对金融租赁行业差异化发展的成功案例进行阐述分析,为了利于企业生存, 未来的业务向差异化方向发展,会基于自身资源禀赋和战略定位,构建租赁业态新 模式,实现差异化和专业化经营,并形成自己稳定的客户群,产品服务同质化现象 减弱,打造综合性的租赁产品,找出其发展的实践经验和启示加以借鉴后设计出符 合 A 公司差异化发展的生存之路。 关键字:金融租赁;业务同质化;业务差异化I ABSTRACT With the rise of China's leasing industry, the establishment of banking financial leasing companies can not only promote the comprehensive development of banks themselves, improve their competitiveness, but also add new pulse to China's financial leasing industry and help the diversified growth of the financial market. Despite the advantages of the bank rental companies, the homogenization of product types, customer choice, product structure and other issues has become increasingly serious in the development. Credit risk will be caused by the combination of financing and financial lease, high value of lease and long lease term. China's banking rental companies were founded late, and they need to be strengthened in the development and control of business differentiation. Therefore, it is imperative to explore the differentiation of financial leasing companies. In this paper, through case analysis, statistical analysis, comparative analysis of a relatively new type of financial industry on the elaboration and study. Firstly, it defines the rent company and the general theory of homogenization and differentiation, and expounds the main manifestations and reasons of homogenization in the rent industry. It is pointed out that the homogeneity development of rent industry is manifested in three aspects: product type, product structure and customer choice homogeneity. Taking Company A as an example, this paper analyzes the manifestations, causes and influences of the homogeneity of company A's business. Through case analysis and comparative analysis, this paper expounds and analyzes the successful cases of differentiated development of rental industry. In order to benefit the survival of enterprises and the future development of business in the direction of differentiated development, it will construct a new rental mode based on its own resource endowment and strategic positioning, realize differentiated and specialized management, and Form their own stable customer base, product service homogeneity phenomenon weakened, create a comprehensive leasing products, find out the practical experience and inspiration for its development and design a survival Road in line with the differentiation of A company.
