改革开放三十年来,受益于中国经济的迅猛发展,中国市场已经成为世界上发展最 为迅速、发展最为巨大的航空货运市场之一。但是,目前中国航空货运业的发展仍然无 法跟上中国经济以及对外贸易发展的需求,国内航空货运企业的实力仍然弱小。G 公司 是中国的三大航空集团之一,已有多年经营货运的经验;经过多年的发展,依托国内最 大的国内客运航线网络,以及全货机,积攒了相当的实力;G 公司上下早有打造世界一 流航空货运企业,为将中国建设成为民航强国、为满足中国经济发展的需求贡献自己的 力量的强烈意愿。对于航空货运市场,G 公司也充分意识到,仅仅有飞机是不够的,在 公司的运营管理、航空货运产品服务、海外销售、货运信息系统等方面,与世界先进航 空公司相比,仍有较大的差距。因此决定引入国外战略投资者法-荷航集团公司,综合 G 公司的地缘、货机机队等优势以及国外业界先进的运营管理优势,致力于打造 21 世纪 世界一流的货运专业航空公司,筹建 ZY 航空货运公司即是在这样的背景下诞生的。 为了研究筹建 ZY 航空货运公司的可行性,本文首先回顾航空货运的相关研究,以 及可行性研究的理论和方法体系,为后文的研究做好理论基础工作;接着,在第二章提 出了 ZY 航空货运公司的组建方案,详细阐明了资金来源、治理结构、机构设置及其他 办公情况;在第三章介绍了 ZY 航空货运公司和主要投资方 G 公司、A 公司和法/荷航 集团公司的基本情况,从政治法律环境、经济环境、技术环境和社会文化环境对组建 ZY 航空货运公司的必要性进行分析,并探讨了中国航空货运市场特点和发展预测,然 后,从敏感性因素分析及对策、拟引进货机机型分析和 ZY 航空货运公司的发展规划等 当面对组建 ZY 航空货运公司的可行性进行分析。 最后,从投资回报分析、社会效益评价和环境效应评价得出组建 ZY 航空货运公司 符合行业发展趋势,同时具有可行性和可操作性。 关键词,G 公司;法航-荷航集团公司;航空货运;可行性研究II Abstract Reform and opening up for 30 years, to benefit from the rapid economic development of China, Chinese market has become one of the world’s fastest and hugest developing air cargo markets. But, at present, China’s development of air cargo industry is still unable to keep pace with the demand of China’s economy and the development of foreign trade, the strength of the domestic air cargo business is still weak. G company is one of three aviation groups in China, it has many years of experience in cargo operations; after developing for many years, it accumulated a considerable strength relying on the biggest domestic route network and the cargo air craft. G’s already has a strong will of contribution of its own strength to build a world-class air cargo business, to build China into a powerful civil aviation, and to satisfy the demand of China’s economic development. For the air cargo market, G company is also fully aware that aircraft alone is not enough. Compared with the world’s most advanced airlines, it still has a major difference between them in the company’s operation management, service of air cargo products, overseas sales, freight information system and so on. Therefore, G company decides to introduce foreign strategic investors, Air France-KLM Group. Integrated G’s GEO, freighter fleet and other advantages as well as advantage of advanced operation management industry abroad. Committed to building the 21th century world-class professional airline cargo, to build ZY air cargo company that is born under this kind of background. In order to study the feasibility of constructing the ZY air cargo company, this article begins with a review of relevant studies, the feasibility study theory and methods of research system, which completes theoretical basis work for the later word research; Then, in the second chapter proposed the formation of the ZY air cargo company project, detailed the sources of funds, governance structure, institutional and other office situations. In the third chapter introduced the basic situation of ZY air cargo company and major investor, G company, A company and KLM Group. To carry on the analysis for necessity of formatting ZY air cargo company from the political and legal environment, economic environment, technological environment, and socio-cultural environment, and to explore the characteristics and development of China air cargo market forecast. Then, to analysis from the sensitive factor, the plans to introduce the cargo aircraft models, the development planning of ZY air cargo company, and the feasibility in front of setting up ZY air cargo company.III Finally from the return on investment analysis, social benefit evaluation and environmental effect evaluation, it draws the conclusion that formation of ZY air cargo company meets industry trends, with the feasibility and practicality.
