摘要 项目的可行性研究对决策非常重要。作为一种科学论证方法,可行性研究是 投资项目前的必要研究,是项目研究的工作程序,为项目投资提供直接的依据。 本文以减水剂聚醚单体增产项目可行性为研究对象,从市场分析、经济与市 场的不确定性、风险因素等方面对减水剂项目进行充分的分析,根据项目实际情 况,提供可靠的理论依据,得出最终结论。 减水剂聚醚单体增产项目可行性研究内容包括,项目背景、市场分析、生产 工艺技术分析、效益风险控制分析、结论等部分。第一部分包括减水剂项目背景 情况、市场的需求进行分析、项目建设的有利条件;第二部分从原料的供应确定 产品的产量,进行工艺技术比选确定具体工艺路线;对工艺及物料危害分析,制 定相关消减措施;对节能、节水分析,确定相关的节能措施。第三部分对项目潜 在风险进行分析,评价该项目符合国家相关行业标准。第四部分对减水剂项目进 行投资估算,评估该项目的投资回报。对风险及竞争力分析,确定相关防范风险 措施;第五部分根据以上所有分析论证得出结论,增产减水剂项目具有良好的社 会效益和较高收益,增产减水剂项目是可行的。 关键词 化工企业 减水剂单体 增产 可行性研究 1Abstract Shanghai Normal University Master of Philosophy Abstract A research on whether a project can be carried out is very important to the final decision. As a scientific method, this kind of research is a necessary before investment as well as a procedure of project research, which offers a direct foundation to project investment. The text focuses on the feasibility of the project of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent increasing yield.According to an adequate analyses of market, the uncertainty of ecology and market, and risk factors, a reliable theoretical evidence is provided and thus a final conclusion is drawn based on the practical situation of the project. The contents of the feasibility research of the project of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent increasing yield conclude , the background of the project, analysis of market, analysis of production techniques, analysis of risk control of benefits, the conclusion and so on. In the 1st. part, we conclude the background of the project. We also analyze the demand of the market and the advantages of going on this project. In the 2nd. Part, we make sure of the output of the product from the supply of the raw materials and decide on a concrete technology style by comparing different techniques. What’s more, we conducted an analysis on the harm of the technique and the materials, based on which we take measures to reduce the harm to the least. Measures to save energy are put forward on the basis of the analysis of saving water and energy. In the third part, we analyze the potential risk of project and evaluate whether the project conforms to the relevant industry standards.In the forth part,we make an investment estimation of the project, and estimate the return on investment.we also develop the risk prevention and control measures based on the analysis of project risk and competitiveness.In the last part, based on the above analysis, we arrive at a conclusion: the project can take in good social benefits and reasonable incomes. Thus, it is feasible to carry out the project of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent increasing yield .
