I 摘要 监理身为建设领域中的支柱行业,在我国三十余年来发挥着不可估量的效用。随着 我国现代化市场经济的不断发展与互联网新技术的不断更新升级,市场的需求也日益趋 于多元化,一些传统监理企业的业务模式和经营发展理念已无法满足多元化的市场需求, 需要通过转型升级为其发展谋求新出路。十九大以来,国家也在不断推进监理企业的转 型发展,使其能更好适应经济发展的新常态。本文借助文献查阅法、访谈法、定性定量 分析等研究方法,以 SZ 监理公司为研究对象,在对国内外企业转型升级相关文献及成 果研究的基础上,结合企业变革理论、企业创新理论及微笑曲线理论,对其业务转型升 级进行研究,通过对业务转型升级方案的实施,使其走出当前困境,为企业发展打开新 局面。 本次研究以解决 SZ 监理公司存在问题为出发点,在对其业务现状、存在问题及原 因进行深度分析后,指出 SZ 监理公司业务转型升级的必要性。接着从国家政策支持、 市场前景广阔等内部及外部有利条件出发,对公司业务转型升级的可行性进行分析,最 后提出了针对 SZ 监理公司的业务转型升级具体方案。通过业务向多元化转型、模式向 全过程转型以及核心能力升级的业务转型升级具体措施和组织、制度、技术等方面的业 务转型升级实施保障,解决了 SZ 监理公司存在的问题,为公司寻找到新的业务增长点, 提升公司整体经营效益,切实帮助企业走出发展瓶颈、摆脱困境、化解危机。通过实施 业务转型升级,为企业带来生命力,推动了企业可持续高质量发展,使公司朝着新一代 全过程管理咨询服务综合型企业迈进。同时本次研究也为行业内众多类似监理企业实施 转型升级策略提供了参考方向。 关键词,监理公司,转型升级,创新,变革ABSTRACT III ABSTRACT As a pillar industry in the construction field, supervision has played an invaluable role in China for more than 30 years. With the continuous development of China's modern market economy and the continuous updating and upgrading of new Internet technologies, the market demand has become increasingly diversified. Some traditional supervision companies' business models and business development concepts have been unable to meet diversified market demands and need to pass. Transformation and upgrading seek new ways for its development. Since the 19th National Congress, the state has also continuously promoted the transformation and development of supervision enterprises, so that they can better adapt to the new normal of economic development. Based on the research methods of literature review, interview, qualitative and quantitative analysis, this article starts from the SZ supervision company, and combines the theory of enterprise transformation, the theory of enterprise innovation and smiling on the basis of the research on the literature and achievements of transformation and upgrading of domestic and foreign enterprises. Curve theory, research on its business transformation and upgrading, through the implementation of business transformation and upgrading program, to get out of the current predicament, open a new situation for enterprise development. Based on the problem of solving the problems of SZ supervision company, this study points out the necessity of SZ supervision company's business transformation and upgrading after in-depth analysis of its business status, existing problems and causes. Then, from the internal and external favorable conditions such as national policy support and broad market prospects, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the company's business transformation and upgrading, and finally puts forward a specific plan for business transformation and upgrading of SZ supervision company. By transforming business into diversification and mode into whole process, and the upgrading of the core capabilities, the specific measures and the business transformation and upgrading of the organization, system, technology and other aspects of the implementation of the protection, solve the problems of the SZ supervision company, find for the company The new business growth point will enhance the company's overall operating efficiency, and effectively help the company develop out of the bottleneck, get rid of the predicament, and resolve the crisis.
