随着人们工作、学习节奏的加快,生活水平的提高,对缓解精神压力、追求身心健 康的要求越来越迫切,随之能够梳理身心以达到健身健心目的的运动便应运而生。瑜伽 作为新兴的大众体育健身项目,正逐渐被人们认识和接纳。社会对懂得瑜伽的专业人才 的需求也在不断的增多,作为高师体育教育专业应开设瑜伽课程,并根据社会需要,与 就业市场接轨,在高师体育教育专业中培养出社会所需的瑜伽专业人才。因为瑜伽在诸 多体育运动项目进军体育健身娱乐市场的竞争中,有利于体育教育娱乐产业的发展,瑜 伽运动拥有广阔的前景和可持续性发展的强大趋势。本文针对吉林省高师体育教育专业 目前还没有开设瑜伽课程的现状,对吉林省的东北师范大学体育学院、吉林大学体育学 院、吉林师范大学体育学院、延边大学体育学院、北华大学体育学院、通化师范学院体 育系、白城师范学院体育系、长春师范学院体育系等 8 所体育教育专业进行了调查。在 被调查的对象中认为在高校开设这项运动有必要的占 84.3%,有无均可的占 11.2%,可 以不开设的占 4.6%,反映出高师体育教育乃至社会对瑜伽运动的需求。通过对在高师体 育教育专业开设瑜伽课程的可行性进行研究,目的为社会培养出懂瑜伽、懂和谐、懂得 爱人、爱己、爱社会的体育师资。为创建和谐社会,提高全民素质服务。 关键词,瑜伽课程 高师体育教育专业 可行性研究II Abstract With the pace of modern work and study hastening and the general standard of living improving, the public demand for easing mental stress and pursuiting of mental and physical fitness is becoming more and more urgent. Sports which can help people become mentally and physically fit by relaxing body and mind arise accordingly. As a new mass fitness project, Yoga is gradually recognized and accepted by people。The demand for professionals who major in Yoga is also constantly increasing. Therefore, Yoga should be put in the courses of the P.E major of Normal Universities in order to train professionals to meet the need of the society。In the competition of entertainment and fitness market,Yoga has broad prospects and strong trend of sustainability to promote the development P.E entertainment industry. In accordance of the current situation that there are no Yoga courses in the P.E majors of Normal Universities in Jilin Province,this paper has carried out an investigation into the P.E majors of 8 universities and colleges, namely, Northeast Normal University, Jilin University, Jilin Normal University, Yanbian University, Beihua University, Tonghua Teachers’ College, Baicheng Teachers’ College, Changchun Teachers’ College. It is estimated that among the subjects who have been investigated, 84.3% believe that it is necessary to establish Yoga course,11.2% think it has no much significance whether it is established or not, only 4.6% believe that it no need to set up this course. These numbers reflect the urgent demand for Yoga by P.E major of Normal Universities and even the whole society.Through the feasible study of establishing Yoga course in P.E major of Normal Universities, the paper aims at cultivating P.E teachers who major in Yoga, pursuit for harmonious rhythmic realm and who will teach students how to love people and society so as to make a positive contribution to building a harmonious society and improving the quality of the whole people.
