项目的可行性研究工作中建设必要性研究是前提，建设可能性研究是基础，经 济合理性研究是核心。本文首先介绍了文章选题的由来，总结了目前石化项目可 行性研究报告的编制普遍存在的问题，介绍了本文解决这些问题的技术路线。在 研究抚顺石蜡加氢工程项目可行性的过程中，提出解决这些问题科学、有效的方法。基 于对编制可行性研究报告理论的研究，本文对该项目的可行性研究主要包括技术分析、 市场分析、技术经济分析三个部分，给出了每一部分的分析过程，明确研究的侧重点。 财务分析是投资者与审批部门最关心的内容，本文详细研究了基础数据采集的方法与内 容，估算项目总投资，进行项目的盈利能力分析、清偿能力分析、不确定分析，最后综 合抚顺石蜡加氢工程项目可行性三部分的研究结果，给出项目可行的结论。 关键词，可行性研究，石蜡加氢项目，技术经济分析 ABSTRACT Construction project feasibility study is an improtant premies and the basic of construction possibility, the key work of it is economic rationality study. this paper introduces the basic idea origin, summarizes the common problem in China petrochemical feasibility study report, technology route is is introduced. In the making process of the feasibility of Fushun wax hydrotreating engineering project, this paper proposed the method of how slove those problem, which have the characteristics of effectiveness and scientificalness. The project feasibility study includes three parts: market analysis, technical analysis and technical and economic analysis, giving every part analysis process in detail and making clear of study focus. Financial analysis is the investor and department of examination and approval cared about most, this paper study the methods of data collection and content, estimate investment, making profitability analyzing, liquidity analysis, uncertainty analysis.
