摘要：随着现代企业管理理论的不断发展，企业文化建设已经融入
到企业发展的整个过程中，作为企业文化的重要内容和分支，安全文
化建设成为当前国内外学者研究的重要内容。强化安全文化建设和应
用是现代企业的重要目标之一，有助于全面促进企业的安全生产管理
工作，能够有效提升员工工作的积极性和主动性，进而能够实现企业
的健康长期发展
本论文试图通过对ZT集团安全文化建设与应用问题的分析和研
究，在综合国内外学者研究的基础上，对该企业文化和安全文化相关
概念和理论进行分析，并对ZT集团安全文化建设的现状进行问卷调
查分析，从中找出其存在的主要问题。并从组织安全文化、个人安全
文化、生产环境安全文化等方面出发提出相应的构建策略，最后从这
三个方面出发对其具体的应用情况进行研究，为ZT集团安全文化建
设和应用提供有效的指导
本文的研究实现了理论与实践的相互结合，在安全文化具体的应
用方面实现了一定的创新。因此，本文的研究具有一定的理论和现实
意义
