随着我国汽车产业的不断发展,汽车产销市场规模的不断扩大,越来越多
的汽车企业面临的市场竞争日益激烈。在此背景下,全面优化汽车企业的生产
能力,提高汽车企业的市场综合竞争实力成为了当前我国汽车产业的发展重点
内容。而作为汽车企业整体管理中较为重要的一个管理环节——供应商合作伙
伴关系管理也得到了越来越多学者的重视。当然当前很多汽车企业在供应商合
作伙伴关系管理中,也确实存在着诸多的问题,阻碍汽车企业整体发展实力的
提升。针对此类问题,本文以F汽车企业为案例企业和研究对象,采用文献梳
理法、系统分析法和归纳演绎法,并结合供应链管理等相关的管理学理论,分
析了F汽车企业的供应链合作伙伴关系问题,从而为F汽车企业的供应链管理
实践提供重要的参考和依据,从而体现出本研究的重要现实意义
首先,在介绍了F汽车公司发展历程和基本业务运营状况的基础上,分别
从供货商和分销商的角度,梳理了F汽车公司供应链合作伙伴关系概况,并指
出了当前F汽车公司分别与分销商和供货商之间的合作伙伴关系概况。其次,
基于前文的分析,指出了F汽车公司供应链合作伙伴关系管理中存在的问题和
原因。这些问题包括有供应链合作伙伴选择渠道较少,供应链合作伙伴关系确
定机制不科学,与供应链合作伙伴间信任度偏低,供应链合作效果评价体系不
健全。这些问题产生的原因主要包括有公司内部的原因和公司外部原因。公司
内部原因的表现有公司供应链合作发展历程原因,公司供应链合作管理人才原
因以及公司的企业文化原因。公司外部原因的表现主要包括有汽车销售市场竞
争状况原因,汽车零部件生产市场状况原因以及供货商与分销商的原因等。最
后,提出了F汽车公司供应链合作伙伴关系管理优化建议,包括丰富F汽车公
司供应链合作伙伴选择渠道,科学规划F汽车公司供应链合作伙伴确定机制,
强化完善F汽车公司供应链合作伙伴间高度信任机制,健全F汽车公司供应链
合作效果评价体系,完善F汽车公司企业文化理念,提升F汽车公司供应链管
理人员水平,构建F汽车公司供应链合作伙伴风险防控体系

Abstract
With the development of Chinese automotive industry, the market scale of
automotive becomes more and more larger, and much more automotive enterprises
face the fierce competition. Under the above background, overall perfecting the
product ability of automotive industry and the comprehensive competitive strength
become a main content of Chinese automotive industry. As an important
management part of automotive enterprise, the management on supplier partnership
attracts many researchers to research. Of course, there are many problems in the
management on supplier partnership. These problems limit the development of
automotive firms. Therefore, this paper researches the case firm F automotive
enterprise, chooses the method of literature review, systematic analysis and
deductive deduction, and combines the management theory, to analysis the supplier
partnership of F enterprise. The research provides the reference for the relative
managers of this enterprise and shows the vital realistic significance.
Firstly, this paper introduces the history and basic business of F enterprise, and
sorts out the supplier partnership of F firm in the view of distributors and suppliers.
Secondly, based on the above analysis, the paper points out the current problems and
its reasons in the management process of supplier chain partnership. These problems
include less channels of choosing on the supplier chain partners, unscientific
determine the mechanism on supply chain partnership, low trust among supply chain
partners, unperfect supply chain cooperation evaluation system. The reasons of these
problems are from the internal and external of the firm. The internal reasons cover
the history of supplier chain, relative human resource and firm culture. The external
reasons cover the sale market of automotive, auto parts production market conditions,
the suppliers and distributors. At last, the paper proposes some advices to perfect the
management on the supplier chain partnership of F enterprises, such as increasing
the choose channels on the supplier partners, scientific planning the determine
mechanism of the partners, strengthening the high trust mechanism on the supplier

partnership of F automotive firms, perfecting the cooperation effect evaluation
system, completing the enterprise culture, promote the managers’ quality, and
constructing the supply chain partnership risk defense system.
